"Suitable for family"
If you choose to ski in Annupuri instead of Hirofumi or Niseko village, this is a very good hotel especially for family as the room is spacious with a little kitchen though you won't cook probably.
If you want to ski in Niseko Village or Hirafu, the shuttle bus is not frequent enough.
Further, it is the furtherest from Hirafu downtown but there is no transportation after evening. In other words, if u don't drive, u have to rely on taxi which can cost u JPY2500 one way.
Also, once you step in the elevator, there is strong odour, smells like drainage that I would rather hold my breath until I stepped out the elevator.
In spite of these, the staff in the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Due to the inconvenience of its location, the staff is very patient to explain and gather the necessary information and answer our enquiries.
However, the staff in the restaurant is not as good as expected. They are not rude but could be better.
- A perfect river-view room with balcony was arranged by the hotel to us, we were so happy of that.
- The hotel could be reached in a 10-minute walking distance.
- The food provided in the morning is fair, you could get full of it.
- Quite a lot restaurants nearby
"Quite a nice hotel to stay for holiday."
We stayed in a room with tatami and 2 single beds, it's a bit too small for a 4 people family. Breakfast was good with delicious food, both western and Japanese style. Location is a bit far away from city centre so we had to drive to the restaurants for dinner. Parking fee was Yen 1,000 per day which was reasonable. Overall it's a nice hotel. But it's a pity that there's no hot spring bath.
