"The place is really good"

The only thing I don't like is no independent bathroom for my room and made me a little bit inconvenient for sharing bathroom.

Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月05日留下評價Nice hotel and good location. A bit disappointed as we need to pay 12 Euro for 1 day WI-FI. When we booked the room via hotels.com it is saying free WI-FI. We found out the next day at the lobby WI-FI is free. They should tell us when we asked why they charge 12 Euro for WI-FI. Also, the minibar is not free anymore. The reception said it is no longer free since Dec/1. Why they didnot update the information? even the hotel book inside our room said it is free.

"Wonderful Hotel, Ok Location"
Hotel Claridge is a wonderful, clean, and well serviced hotel. The location is not central to many of Madrid's attractions but there is a Metro stop very close (across the street) and you can walk to Reina Sofia and Retiro park (about 1 mile away).Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

""No adminitmos pizzas", me dijeron"
Con cierta frecuencia voy a Madrid y suelo alojarme siempre en la misma zona. En esta ocasión me decidí a probar el Claridge, y la verdad es que me gustó: está muy arreglado, la habitación era amplia y bien equipada, el agua de la ducha con mucha presión... Solamente veía como punto negativo que, al estar en Conde de Casal, hay algo de ruído por la […] noche para dormir (yo oía demasiado el tráfico en la quinta planta). Aún así, estaba decidido a volver, hasta que decidí pedir una pizza a una pizzería para que me la entregaran en el hotel (como he hecho otras veces en otros hoteles de la misma categoría). No solo no dejaron subir al repartidor, sino que me llamaron por teléfono de malos modos para que bajase a recoger la pizza, y una vez abajo me llamaron la atención, diciéndome que "No adminitmos pizzas", que hacían una excepción por esa vez, pero que no las admiten. Que otra cosa sería si la pizza la hubiese llevado yo. Por supuesto, cada hotel puede poner sus normas, pero ésta me pareció ridícula e irracional (¿qué más da que pida una pizza que que la lleve yo?), y el que me llamaran la atención cuando bajé me hizo sentir incómodo.
