"Gala Spain - mice & convenient"
It's convenient that there are three Metro stations close to Gala. There is an elevator so we don't have to carry luggage up stairs. People there gave us sincere advice like looking after our bags, taking metro to the airport to avoid traffic jam...they are useful and kind. Will stay here next time.Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Excellent location and value for money"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gala. You can't beat the location - it is a minute away from Gran Via and the closest metro station. The room decor is very chic for a hostal, although the cleaniless of the toilet bowl can be improved. The reception lady speaks perfect English and everyone else are very friendly. There were little muffins at the waiting […] area in the morning and I thought this was very nice for a hostal. The only problem I have is that I was given a room right next door the the lift shaft. You can hear the rumble every time when everyone takes the lift (hence you will wake up pretty early!). "Perfecto para estancias cortas"
Un hostal de precio asequible y muy céntrico, situado a escasos minutos de Gran Vía o Callao, ideal para estancias cortas o para una noche de paso. La habitación era muy pequeña, pero con una cama cómoda y dos tipos de almohada a elegir. Ducha de hidromasaje. Limpio, con personal atento y wifi gratuito. Decoración en blanco y negro, moderna y que ayuda […] a destacar la limpieza del lugar. No tiene desayuno incluido, pero sí una zona con máquinas de café y refrescos (que, afortunadamente, desactivan por la noche; nuestra habitación quedaba justo detrás). Dejan una cestita con bollería, me pareció un buen detalle. Calidad/precio: excelente.
