"Great little place"
The hotel is very central, close to all sights and main train station. We were given a room at the back with a small balcony overlooking the dome and bell tower! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean, however there was no TV as advertised on the website, but that didn't bother us as we were visiting and only used the […] hotel to sleep. The only downside was the timed light in the bathroom, had to keep putting my arm out of the shower to make the light come on again every 2/3 minutes, but for what we paid we could live with that. "Great Location, friendly staff and renovated rooms"
Hotel Nazionale is a great hotel with nicely renovated clean rooms with AC and wifi. The staff is extremely gracious and helpful and Manola the owner and her staff speak perfect english and helped give us advice on places to visit in Florence. The hotel is also close to the Santa Maria Novello train station and good walking distance to great tourist […] sites and restaurants in Florence. Great location, friendly and english speaking staff who are happy to recommend sites and restaurants as well as just sit down and have a chat about the marvels of Florence. "mau custo benefício"
o acesso não poderia ser pior pois o minúsculo elevador não funciona há muito tempo... logo... subir cinco lances de escadas com a bagagem não é nada fácil (ainda que a bagagem seja pouco pesada). Uma vantagem tem que apresentar, o café da manhã bem servido, mais que suficinente.Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
