Best (or only) thing abour Carnot is location, very close to the port, walking distance to train station and to the beach.

I stayed in a single room in the Carnot early July 2011 because I was on a budget and this place was the cheapest for solo travellers. The hotel is located by the Port, nice enough area itself with a few restaurant choices and 10 mins walk to the tram which takes you to the centre fairly efficiently. It's a bit of a walk after midnight though! The […] hotel itself has not been refurbished for a looooong time although they maintain it fairly well considering that. It has a dated, hostel feel. There is a fan and flatscreen TV in the room, and a daily room service. The couple who run the hotel are friendly enough but speak limited English. On two consecutive days I saw a homeless man wandering the staircase of the hotel, presumably to use the shared toilet facilities or for shelter, so perhaps more could be done about that. 詳情

Toalett i ett skåp så dörren gick inte att stänga, kranan fungerade inte så kallvatten måste tas från duschen, dörren till balkongen kunde inte låsas ordentligt, utcheckning redan kl. 11, vilket inte stod någonstans i rummet och nämndes inte vid incheckningen. Allt som allt var det enda positiva hotellets läge, skulle inte övernatta på nytt.

Hotelli oli ihan ok, mikäli yöpyy muutaman yön. Suomalainen ei ole tottunut tämän tasoiseen hotelliin ilman retkeilymieltä ja hyvää huumoria. Hotellin ilmanvaihto, wc ja suihku järjestely ei vastaa missään muodossa niitä oletusarvoja joita suomalaisilla on. Joten jos joudut maksamaan muutaman kympin yöstä enemmän jossain muualla, suosittelen. Egentlig som forventet, da vi benyttet samme hotell for få år siden - og fikk akkurat samme rom som den gang, noe vi satte pris på, fordi rommet har både wc, dusj og balkong. Både rommet og hotellet totalt sett er slitent og innrøkt, og skriker etter renovering. Noen vegger malt i andre farger siden sist var eneste ansiktsløfting vi kunne observere. […] Første bud må være nye senger med skikkelige gode madrasser, som ville oppveie en god del (de eksisterende er ganske nedseget på midten). Rommet har wc, men det må være verdens trangeste - eller rettere sagt korteste, da det ikke er mulig å lukke "døra". Men både wc, vask og dusj fungerer OK. Balkongen er også minimal, men det plass til to stoler og en krakk midt mellom som bord. Med retning mot ettermiddags-/kveldssola er den likevel veldig kjærkommen. Positivt ang. service: Håndkleskift hver dag. Negativt: Dårlig renhold før ankomst. Mest positivt: Beliggenheten helt topp: Problemfritt å gå til fots til jernbanestasjonen, de to sentrale sentrumstorgene, til badestrand og annen badeplass, til havn og ferge, samt enkle, rimelige spisesteder i nærmiljøet. Cheap place, old place, no internet, too many people making love behind thin walls and a not-so-friendly Mr and Mrs Carnot with a pretty sloppy attitude. We did not feel welcome at all. Too bad, since that really makes a lot of difference and can compensate for poor standards.

Les chambres ne sont pas prêtes à temps. Mais l'etablissement est tenu par des personnes à l'écoute des clients et règle très vite les petits désagréments qu'il pourraient y avoir. Dans l'ensemble c'est correcte. Je le conseille.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The location was pretty good, near the vielle ville. But the hotel..... the room was REALLY small. There was no proper washroom, the toilet was behind "cabin doors". Shower was ok. Worst thing was that there was no air conditioning, so it was too hot all the time. les WC et le lavabo sont dans un placard qu'il est impossible de fermer quand on est dedans par manque de place, bonjour l'intimité! Le ménage n'a pas été fait le 2ème jour, heureusement nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits.

aucune hygiene pendant notre sejour..Le sol, les toilettes et la salle de bain, nont pas été nettoyees, desinfectees, une seule fois...les draps n'ont pas été changés...le service est nul..

très pratique pour ceux qui doivent prendre le bateau car l’hôtel se trouve au pied du port. Par contre l’hôtel ne possède pas de parking et il est très difficile de se garer.

siamo stati tre notti e ci hanno chiesto il pagamento in anticipo senza poter vedere la stanza e si capiva perche'..... Non hanno mai cambiato ascigamani o lenzuola ne pulito il piccolissimo bagno o la stanza, l'unica cosa che faccevano era di fare i letti!!! Pareti sottili e la prima mattina abbiamo assestito a delle grida sicome i tubi dell acqua […] erano scoppiati e siamo rimasti senza per tutta la mattinata!!! No, non consiglerei questo "hotel" 詳情

Je parle au nom de mes enfants qui ont séjourné deux jours dans cet hotel. avec leurs deux enfants. Ils ont été enchantés de l' accueil, et de la situation de cet hotel tout près du port. Le seul inconvénient étant pour se garer, l' hotel n' ayant pas de parking privé
