"The place is really good"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月18日留下評價Very close to Metro Sol, and the room is clean. I usually went back late without any problem. Totally safe. Actually everything is good on average. The only thing I don't like is no independent bathroom for my room and made me a little bit inconvenient for sharing bathroom.

Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月05日留下評價Nice hotel and good location. A bit disappointed as we need to pay 12 Euro for 1 day WI-FI. When we booked the room via hotels.com it is saying free WI-FI. We found out the next day at the lobby WI-FI is free. They should tell us when we asked why they charge 12 Euro for WI-FI. Also, the minibar is not free anymore. The reception said it is no longer free since Dec/1. Why they didnot update the information? even the hotel book inside our room said it is free.

Our hotel was under construction when we arrived, but another hotel was made available to us. The hotel provided cabs for all 15 of us to another location. The hotel they gave us was wonderful. We couldn't ask for more. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Laura where we were relocated and it was in a great area as well.Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Rundum sehr zufrieden."
Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt in Fußentfernung zum Prado und zur Plaza Sta. Anna mit unzähligen Restaurants, Bar, Theater etc. Trotzdem war es ruhig, da die Zimmer in einen Hof nach hinten hinaus gelegen waren. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll designmäßig ausgestattet, brandneu, und trotzdem sind die Zimmer gemütlich. Das einzige, […] was fehlt, ist ein Frühstücksraum, dafür gibt es aber direkt nebenan einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, der inkl. Kaffee, frischem Brot und Gebäck alles hat. Die Mitarbeiterinnen in der Rezeption haben sich enorm freundlich und kompetent um alle Belange gekümmert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
