"The place is really good"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月18日留下評價Very close to Metro Sol, and the room is clean. I usually went back late without any problem. Totally safe. Actually everything is good on average. The only thing I don't like is no independent bathroom for my room and made me a little bit inconvenient for sharing bathroom.

Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月05日留下評價Nice hotel and good location. A bit disappointed as we need to pay 12 Euro for 1 day WI-FI. When we booked the room via hotels.com it is saying free WI-FI. We found out the next day at the lobby WI-FI is free. They should tell us when we asked why they charge 12 Euro for WI-FI. Also, the minibar is not free anymore. The reception said it is no longer free since Dec/1. Why they didnot update the information? even the hotel book inside our room said it is free.

"Bad Experience"
Overall it is very bad.The map that the apartment has given us was at another city, we went all over the way with our heavy lauggages. Then we tried to call them to know what excatly the place was, then we arrived a building that without any sign of the apartment, and waited at the door around around 30mins in a cold weather. Finally a man come and […] give us the key. We got into the room and smells stinky, towels are looks yellow. Then we told the person their map is wrong , and he called to the recepetionist, the receptionist told us "This is not a Hotel!" However the good thing is Wi-Fi is really fast.
