Very satisfying experience. The hotel's outlook is sharp and new. Very clean, the check-in procedure is so fast! The room is nice although it's not spacious. Very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. My wife and I stayed in the hotel for two nights (23/3/2013-25/3/2013). The location of the hotel is good. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the young guy Andy Lau. 香港來的,在火車後面,服務很好,雖然離逢甲要差不多1小時,但去台中都不會在市中心留很久的,去清境,其它地方都很方便,我的房間大小可以,但我看到一些房間卻很小,一開門就到床了,訂房前要問清楚,我忘了拿Samsung的充電器,他們竟然有..真的很好..總體都很滿意的Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Clean and Decent"
Hotel room is clean, there are some rooms with theme deco. Different level from 7th to 11th floor comes with different theme deco as well. Breakfast is excellent, you can't ask for more for this price range. 4 all-in-one touch screen ASUS computers in the common area/lobby for internet browsing, it is definitely a plus. It worth to mention that there […] is a entertainment system in every room, VOD, same as those in flights, and it is for FREE. There is a mall nearby, very trendy, and a lot of restaurants, including IRISH POTATO! Just that Taichung Station is not the prime area in Taichung now. For the hotel's management, your in-room safe is not big enough for a 13" laptop, it is a big turn off, I had to carry my laptop around all time.
