Excellent location, room is nice and modern. But there are two problems, first: control of the lighting is not properly working. I had to pressed many many times on the panel next to my bed, but still I couldn't get my preferred lights on/off. Second is sound proof. 座落在西門町中心地帶, 地理位置很好, 超方便, 服務員的服務態度也很好, 房間空間很多很大, 超讚! 最差的就是睡覺用的枕頭, 太軟了, 害我和同伴三個晚上都睡得不好, 如果枕頭可以換的話, 我一定會再入次入住!

雖然地勢方便但環境非常嘈雜 尤其樓上是舞廳 由早到晚都音樂不停 想有比較好的睡眠是不可能

酒店服務員工服務非常好，房間非常清潔，全無煙味，地點近西門町地鐵站，購物，食飯及交通都很方便，本來是不錯的酒店。 但附近的環境就相當差，出入要經過一些橫街冷巷，而最大問題是酒店樓上有間大舞廳，營業時，房間會聽到嘈吵音樂聲，令人心煩意亂，本人唯有出街避，待晚上10時多才會較靜。 整體而言，如果年青人，只求間酒店睡睡，早出晚歸，那可以選擇這間酒店，但如果是家庭旅遊有小朋友，就不太適合了。

酒店位於八樓，樓上是KTV，所以早上一直到晚上10點都會有噪音，10點後恢復安靜的環境。除了這點，其它一切都非常好，無論是交通便捷度、附近環境、酒店內部和服務態度，全部都滿分！這樣價位的酒店，其它大都是比較老舊的，老式裝修受不了，所以儘管Airline Inn房間也許不夠同價位酒店大，但新式乾淨的裝修卻讓人很舒服！下次來一定會再住！

Excellent price, considering the location, which is great and the room, which was quite good. The only complaint is that the room smelled fairly strongly of smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room.

everything was good, not bad, the only drawback was the shabby lift. because it shares the same building with a Christian church so yeah kinda weird. it occupies only 2 floors of a 10-storey building so ya, keep that in your expectations. no bellboy service nor swimming pool.

The hotel is near Simendin, one of the busiest shopping districts in Taipei, and less than 100meters to the closest MRT station. The service was great and the staff extremely friendly. Good sound insulation, which is rare in the business hotels in Taipei.
