The room was very nice, and the staff was very friendly. The shuttle service to the airport was very reasonable. My only quibble is that they angle for extras. They make you follow someone to find your room and he takes off with your bag without asking, so that you would have to really put yourself out there to get him not to. Hotel was clean and well located near airport. The shuttle service employees were helpful and prompt. Rude does not describe the other employees, front desk staff very rude and could care less about the guests. Would not stay here again!

The place was alright for an early flight the next day. There's a bakery about a 15 minute walk down the road for breakfast. The hotel charges 5 euros a person for breakfast. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel. Decent prices. have to order food before 10 pm on the dot. We had four people so there was a large bed and two cots. The cots were […] not very supportive at all. Much more suitable for children. The shower did not work correctly and did not drain well either. Charged 5 euros for wifi per device even though free wifi was advertised. A free shuttle would have been nice instead of paying 6 euros per room each way. 詳情

I was overall pleased with the stay. I was dissapointed that they wanted $3 for a WiFi connection. The printed instructions were not clear to note that the connection was limited to one device - one iPhone or one iPad or one computer. I had to go back down to the office to get that clarified and to have the connection transferred to a different device. […] The building elevator broke while we were there. The desk was reluctant to tell us that down the street there were places to eat. The clerk said it was Sunday and that everything was closed. I thought that was a ploy to get us to eat in their restaurant. A stroll down the street revealed 4 or 5 places open for dinner. I got a call to move my car. The sign that I presumed said No Parking had been torn away from the garage door. This is a simple thing to fix. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels and hot water. Decent hotel in a small town near the airport. The only problem is that the road from the airport to the town is closed, presumably for construction, requiring the shuttle to make a long trip on an alternate route. This meant we had to wait about 25 minutes for the shuttle, and then spend another 25 minutes on the shuttle. This hotel was a great jumping off point for our return to the States. We did have a little trouble finding it as the direct exits from the Autobahn were closed when we arrived but it is located close to the airport and reasonably easy to reach. True to German form the staff knows all the right questions to ask, and the room was clean and comfortable […] with all the right amenities. One curious feature was that the room key doubles as a master power switch which means when you leave, the power must be off. The hotel buildings were situated in a mostly suburban area with limited access to eateries but the attached restaurant was pleasant and reasonably priced. Hotel was nice and clean, but front desk staff were cold and unfriendly. Drain in shower was clogged and tub filled with water, but otherwise it was a great room.

... Hotel wurde wegen Flugreise und dem angebotenen Parkservice gebucht. Die Leistung war günstig, leider war die Shuttlefahrerin sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit, so fuhr uns das shuttle vor der nase weg und beim zweiten anlauf eine halbe stunde später wurden wir trotz buchung nicht aufgerufen...

höfliches und nettes Personal, hilfsbereit bei Fragen zu Bus und U-Bahn, Frühstück sehr gut, wir waren zum Kurzurlaub da, um München wieder zu sehen und unserem Sohn einiges zu zeigen

Vi overnattede en enkelt nat på vej til Italien og til det, var det et ganske fint hotel. Værelset var fint til vores formål, men ville have været for trængt hvis vi skulle have overnattet flere nætter (vi var 4: 2 voksne og 2 børn som lå på ekstra opredninger) Desværre var badeværelset ikke helt rent, der var hår på væggene, resten af renligheden var […] ok. Personalet var venlige, imødekommende og servicen ok :) Sengene var gode. Morgenmaden var god og der var et godt stort udvalg. Skal vi have en enkelt overnatning i nærheden af München en anden gang, vil vi med stor sansynlighed benytte samme hotel igen. 詳情

eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, nur etwas abgelegen. Einzig dass im Zimmer kein Telefon ist, erstaunt eun wenig, ansonsten schoenes Zimmer, sehr sauber
