You have to take a bus from the metro station. I arrived on a Sunday and there was no place open to buy a bus ticket. I asked the man at the front desk if I could walk. His first flippant response was "if you like" I asked how long it would take. He told me 20 mins. In fact is was about an hour and a half. And I am a fast walker. I walked even faster […] when I saw the neighborhood he sent me through. I have been comfortable in many places others would call scary, but this neighborhood was terrifying. I was literally grateful to arrive at the metro station still intact. Advice I got from desk clerks after that proved equally horrible! If you stay here for the good price realize the staff does not care about you and you are on your own. Do not venture out into the surrounding neighborhood past the nearby bus stop. The hotels.com site said they were less than 2 miles from the city center. This is not true! Cabs complained about driving me back there and one price gouged me, charging twice as much as he should have. 詳情

If you are looking for great customer service and great location then this is NOT the place for you. The staff knew little English and some of them were not too friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. Although the rooms are rather small, and there is an annoying flashing light directly above the bed (smoke detector), we always looked forward to the breakfast. + staff is cleaning your room everyday even if you do not give your room card. you cannot find one single hair on the bed. + people in the lobby is very helpful. + minibar is extremely cheap. - very poor breakfast. - there is no option like "do not disturb". - the room is very small for a couple.

Only problem we had at Artis was the internet; it went down briefly and had to be "turned back on" for some reason..? Turning it back on seemed to take forever, at which point we had to ask again, before it finally worked. Further, the system they use for internet login only allows one user per room - not a huge complaint (I don't intend to whine about […] my lack of internet while I am on vacation), but worth noting. In addition; was a little difficult to find this place on foot. After asking for directions at a few local business, we eventually had to call for directions from the hotel - no one seemed to know where this street was :O However, after chatting to the hotel staff, they were able to give us great directions back IN to Rome, and our stay was quite enjoyable. Overall we were expecting the hotel to be much better considering it was a 4 star rated hotel. The size of the rooms could have been much larger. Some of the hotel staff could have been helpful when asking for assistance. There was also only a limited selection during breakfast. The hotel is located in the suburbs of Rome which means its nearly an hour […] away from the centre of the city. This means there only a handful of shops and resturants around the hotel. Booked this hotel for one night because I needed a room while site seeing through the city. Made the drive up from Naples and found my GPS unit could not find the place, however in less than a minute of driving around the block I found the hotel without any problems. That was probably the worst part of my stay, initially finding the place. The hotel […] is off the beaten track, but the neighborhood is clean and very quiet and appears to be quite residential. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any questions I had about the area. The front desk staff stated that the train station wasnt too far away, but I did not pay attention as I drove my own personal vehicle. The room was small, but not tiny and it was very clean and well maintained. Again I was pleasently surprised when I stepped into my room and saw how well it was made up and how clean and modern it felt. I did not plan to spend much time in my room, just to sleep for the evening (it is Rome afterall and there is so much to see). Main attractions and the city center were barely a 15-20 minute drive away. Everything you could ever imagine seeing in Rome is relatively close and easy to get to. I will definetly be returning to Hotel Artis for all my trips to Rome and I will be recommending to all my friends. For the price and proximity, you cant beat this hotel. Pleasant staff, comfortable room. Breakfast adequate but could easily be more interesting. It will take you the best of an hour to get into town (bus plus metro), and as of April 2012 the metro line finishes around 9pm for maintenance work. 가격에 비해 객실이나 음식, 주차, 인터넷 모두 괜찮습니다. 시내 관광지까지 가려면 좀 먼게 흠인데요. 버스 정류장까지 5분 걷고, 10분 타고 테르미니 역까지 지하철역 13개쯤 갑니다. 이동 시간 넉넉히 한시간은 잡으셔야 합니다.

Ok hotell, men dåligt läge. Sjukt jobbigt att ta sig in till tunnelbanan med hjälp av buss då bussen kommer när den känner för det och typ 1 gång i timmen. Området är helt dött med undantag från ett par restauranger. Inget område man kan hänga i, utan man måste definitivt in till stan för att kunna uppskatta Rom. Hotel molto bello e confortevole in una zona tranquilla! Unico inconveniente...ci è stata assegnata una camera (nonostante l'avessimo fatto notare all'arrivo e c'erano altre camere disponibili) vicinissima alla reception e quindi tantissimo rumorosa.

Ett jättefint hotell med genomgående hög standard. Personalen är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det som var mindre bra var frukosten, ganska lite att välja medan och inte speciellt gott. Ett annat minus är att hotellet ligger lite utanför centrum.

El hotel esta muy alejado del centro de Roma , una verdadera odisea para poder encontrarlo ya que tuvimos que hacer varios enlaces, con el metro y con autobus 558 , estuvimos 2 horas para poder encontrarlo , el desayuno no esta mal no es como en España pero se puede aceptar ,El hotel aunque es de 4 estrellas pero yo lo catalogaria como un 3 estrellas […] en España , un verdadero abuso con la tasa turistica que cobran 3€ diarios por persona y dia , Roma es bonita pero esta rota, carreteras muy malas y la circulacion un verdadero desastre, en cuanto a los restaurantes y bares del centro de Roma unos verdaderos sinverguenzas ya que te cobran 2 euros mas por cada cosa que consumes si te sientas en una mesa , 詳情

В номерах очень чисто и комфортно, хотя они и не такие большие как выглядят на фотографиях. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. Отличный завтрак. В целом нам очень понравилось. Также большой плюс, что рядом есть супермаркет. До центра где-то минут 20-30.

Un hotel di visibile fattura moderna, colazione a buffet nella media, parcheggio gratuito, bagno grande, sicuramente da consigliare se si è provvisti di auto, la metro non è proprio vicina.
