hotel room is clean but small. Windows can't be opened.

Hotel is new and clean. Brightly coloured, simple design of rooms makes it refreshing. Rooms are small but very cosy and comfortable. Clean sheets, clean toilet, TV with many many channels. Breakfast was so so, but at least there was variety over the 3 days we were there. Front desk service was excellent. He was knowledgable regarding the area and was helpful to help us select our activities as there are way too many things to do for a first-timer. Location of hotel is not that good although close to the beach (3mins walk). Not too close to shops and food. But all in all, a top notch place to be for the rates they offer. 詳情

Decent hotel in the middle of Kuta, small rooms, no real amenities (small pool), no lobby, surely not a four star hotel!

This hotel is fairly close to al that u require....It is great for the young ones as is close to all niteclubs etc. We hada great time there....The staff are lovely, the rooms small but clean and supplies updated daily when room is madeup...A/con wasnt working properly, within 5 min they were there fixing it at (2 am). Please be aware we were hit with a 21% local tax on our stay. This may well be listed somewhere, but as we were booking in it was not mentioned. We were just presented with a total bill, which I had to question to be told "Local tax" seemed to be a figure picked out of the air. It certainly felt quite a high tax and resulted in my cheap booking not […] being so cheap. The staff were not happy taking dollars in cash as payment for the booking, I had all my notes photo copied and had to sign each sheet. Not the best introduction to the hotel. The room I had has an internal window, IE into a corridor, but no external view. Room clean, comfortable bed, buffet type breakfast ok. The hotel is located on a alley between the beach road and the main drag, however late at night was not the safest place to be, poor street lighting and some very odd people hanging about paying attention to tourists. 詳情

A very clean and modern hotel which is close the beach. The front desk service and help is outstanding. A perfect room for a solo traveller. A very good value for $ spent.

This is a new and comfort hotel.room is big enough for me and my gf.clean room and toilet. Staff was very friendly and nice. Hotel to kuta beach only 2 minute walk. And u can rent car or motorbike infront of the hotel. Overall is very great for this hotel. Will come back again.

Great Hotel to come back to at the ned of a Hot day, Chill out by the pool with a drink and enjoy.

The front of house staff and bar staff were very friendly. Nice roof top swimming pool with bar and nice views of the water. When we arrived in our room the bathroom smelled of urine. We phoned housekeeping who said they would clean it for us but on our return from a day out it was the same. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Gunstig gelegen vlak bij het strand en horeca gelegenheden. Nieuw hotel dus onderhoud nog prima. Wifi in het restaurant werkte wel, op de kamer (nog) niet. De kamer is wat klein. Voor een meer prijs zijn er grotere beschikbaar.
