The bath room is lousy design. All water on floor in ever corner of bath room after bathing. No shelter for shower. Walls are dirty. No regular maintenance. Acceptable if less 30% charge.

服務員品質參差不齊。客房外, 客房之間的噪音很大。離車站都有距離。INTERNET品質不好, 服務也有待改善。好處是離觀光市場很近。

Clean but room very small

Stay was good. Room were small, had to get the chair off the room so that we could atleast walk nearby bed area. Windows remain locked. You cant open. You get pool & sauna etc. 5 mins walking from MRT Little India. Mustafa Center is 10-15 mins walk or you can take a bus as well.

I enjoyed my stay at Parc Sovereign. The comfort of the bed and convenience of the location made it really ideal. Shopping malls are nearby and so are the food centers therefore I didn't have to worry about my meals. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at Canton Cuisin, the restuarant in the hotel. if your traveling with small children, this hotel is not for you, the hotel have no baby cots, and and the bed's too narrow for more than 2 people.

Need a place to slepp for one or two nights max, and want to save some money? This is it. New and clean, but no more. Close to city center.

I can not say this is hotel because they did not have even basic service mind. They did room painting work whole building whatever guest staying that floor. in my case, both side of my room did painting work from AM8:00 without any announcement letter previous day. They just changed room when I strongly complained PM 7:30 due to strong paint smell. In […] my common sense, Hotel internal construction has to start from the floor which made vacant. The deluxe room is too small, We didn't have emough space for our lugguage. However I like the location of the hotel, lots of restaurants with reasonable prices. I would be more satisfied if the hotel provide free internet access.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to food and shopping. The staff are really friendly. The rooms are clean but very small.

These rooms are really small

is it too much to ask to change the bed sheet when previous guest has checked out? Tiny room and noisy frige is fine with me. Also I can understand not having shower curtain nor glass door in the shower which caused a flood in the bathroom. But yellow stain on the bed sheet? Come on!

Very close to MRT station which provides great links for getting anywhere around Singapore. However, it is not a 4 star hotel, it maybe was when it opened, but maintenance has fallen well short. Because of the humid climate I'm guessing, there was a bit of a problem with condensation in our room & there were massive areas where you could see there had […] been condensation on the walls. Not damp, I hasten to add, but the streaks which are left behind in the paint when water has been dripping down the walls. Room was tiny, as well & was only cleaned once during our 3 night stay, because the other times, we had been out all day & our room still hadn't been cleaned by returning @ 5pm!& at that point, we stuck the do not disturb sign on coz we wanted to have a shower etc before heading back out again. WE stayed in a Family suite which was like really small, however we just used the room for sleeping so it didn't really matter, the housekeeping was on the slower side the rooms were cleaned mostly only late after noons , none of the House Keeping staff spoke English, other than the above the hotel is Clean and the location was perfect for a budget […] traveler close to the Little India MRT station, bus stop and walking distance from Bugis Market, If you like Indian Food some great restaurants in the neighborhood, overall a satisfying one weeks stay. 詳情

the hotel is new. very clean rooms. the room they gave us opened to the pool. my kids had a great time swimming! the only setback is their wifi/internet is not free. hope they include that with your room next time. the hotel is about 5-10min walking distance to the little india mrt station. very convenient to travel around singapore.

the location of the Hotel is close to MRT and for Indians being close to Little India gives comfort of Food choices . The surroudings are nice. the rooms though could be a little bigger. Staff at the hotel is good & helpful. Overall a good value for money Hotel.

they market themselves as a new hotel and I really can not believe...if it is true, then they really used cheap low quality decoration materials all throughout the hotel.... it looks old and worn... it was not that clean.... the room maintanance was not done always the right way.... some problem with airconditioner and sometime it blows up strange […] smelly air into the room which really made me upset.... internet and breakfast was not included to the room price which was already high than it deserved... the location is little india and unfortunately the surrounding is not as clean and tidy as singapore in general... Our stay at this hotel left a lot to be desired. Although they claim to be a new hotel our room stank of old smoke the entire time that we stayed. Which was also the worst three nights ever. As a family of three there was no room for us to move and we were constantly trying to rearrange our luggage just to get around. To say that the room was small […] would be an understatement. When we arrived to check in we were met by sour staff that were in no way going to help us get settled in to our room quickly. They came off as arrogant and very unfriendly, like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay at the small, smelly and overpriced hotel. The breakfast at the hotels restaurant is something that should be avoided, at 15 Singapore dollars per adult and 10 per child, the lack of cereal and breads really makes it not worth the money and it is really not suited for western taste. The location to Albert Court and surrounding areas were on the plus side for the hotel. But my advice would be to find something that may cost 10 dollars more and save yourself the hassle and grieve of staying and this second rate hotel. 詳情

Good hotel close to little India. No irons in the rooms and not enough irons in the hotel they took for ever to deliver an iron.

Apparently a new hotel, this hotel was clean with small rooms, but had a swimming pool, sauna, steamroom and workout room. Hotel rooms lacked privacy curtains. I had to ask for clothes hangers as the 3 provided were metal shirt hangers attached in the closet. Hotel's diningroom offers Cantonese meals that were enjoyed by Chinese guests. The rooms are too small, and if you pre-book this hotel, then the staff is unfriendly and un-cooperative. They would not even give enough tea bags in a day.

酒店里充斥着很香的气味，真的香到呛人。当初我们定酒店时被告知没有双人床，于是定了个大床间。进入酒店后发现房间异常小，小到放不下两个人的行李箱，后来我们同前台交涉是否有双床房可以换，前台真的很会推销，被告知换成双床房，含两个人的早餐以及10小时上网时间是58新币；然而仅换成双人床是38新币。我们在交涉的过程中，服务人员的态度实在不是一家3.5星级酒店该有的态度，而且税前税后价说得很含混。于是我们选择了另加58新币的换房套餐，第二天发现早餐真的是很糊弄，而且都是冷的；上网时间仅限一台注册登记可用。综合考虑地理位置，周围环境，以及酒店的设施和服务，这间酒店的性价比真的很差，实在不值得推荐。
