Besides having unexpected excellent hot breakfast, including eggs and sausage, I would say it is just a very so so hotel. Some of the lights didn't work, staff was not very friendly (although not impolite), and facilities were old. The worst is that no morning call reached the room even the staff on the night before made promise to do it. The staff […] said that it was because the telephone didn't work. We stayed in a family room which was clean and big enough for 5 persons. The bathroom and the toilet were outside our room and shared with another room. However, nobody stayed in the next room, so we did not feel any inconvenience using the bathroom and the toilet. Immediately outside the metro station and next to a tram stop, despite this hotel being outside the old town it is very quick and easy access to it.
