Arrived late and tired after very long journey. Had to park car in a pay and display car park alongside as all hotel spaces occupied. No help given to sort it out. Shown up to shabby room at top of hotel. No telephone, no desk, no air conditioning. Furniture cheap and old, but sheets clean. Filthy comb left in one drawer. Bathroom opposite could not […] be locked easily, toilet loose on mounting. Electric shower in bath. Maintenance appeared to have been neglected throughout hotel. Breakfast service in bar downstairs the following morning was good, but just wanted to leave as soon as we could. 詳情

Only saw one person during stay who led me through a labyrinth of corridors and stairways to a tiny old fashioned room at the top of the hotel. He asked when I wanted breakfast but as it is not served until 8am and I had to leave at that time to make my meeting I had no breakfast. there was no offer of anything else - filled roll or packed lunch would […] be offered elsewhere if leaving before the start of breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable and I had to squeeze between the wash basin and side of the shower to get into the shower which took ages to heat up and then wasn't very strong. When I left in the morning there was no one around and I left my key on the bar. No offer of help with my luggage on arrival or leaving. Won't stay again. 詳情

Everything was very good and clean. Very good breakfast. The only down point was that we were in room 11 which was up quite afew flights of stairs, if staying again I will ask for aroom not so far up.

Hotel seemed in poor condition and needed some paintwork also carpets are old and worn. We had a room at very top of hotel and had to climb 2 flights of stairs. The top set of stairs were narrow and had a steep slope. (not safe to climb) The Hotel is situated on main street but not much happens at night. On arriving at the hotel we had to walk through the bar and ask someone where reception was.... we found it over in a corner, we then had to wait 10/15 mins for the barman to attend to us...no apologies just '' i'll show you to your room'' The barman was looking after the bar, looking after the coffee shop, looking after reception and showing guests […] to thier room!!! Wonderful surprise - we were given a newly re-furbished house to stay in. Amazing managers - so friendly, Good dining there as well.

Un accueil très chaleureux. Venant par les transports en commun (bus), l'arrêt est tout près de l'hôtel ce qui est appréciable. Un bar sympathique, où j'ai mangé deux fois (simple mais très bien), en plus des petits déjeuners à la demande tous les matins. Il y a une autre entrée pour l'hôtel pour ne pas toujours avoir à passer par le bar. Chambre propre, […] bien chauffée. Emplacement parfait près du centre ville. Die zentrale Lage mitten in Crieff. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Der Pub schliesst viel zu früh. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten, aber immer nur in einem der Zimmern mit Blick auf die Landschaft "nach hinten raus".
