I had a descent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was more than average. Suggestions would be for hotel to provide milk or fresh cream, instead of powdered milk, to add to coffee. I chose this hotel for its central location, in walking distance to Taipei 101, where I wanted to spend my short 2 days. The hotel is very nice, clean, great service, but doesn't have much in terms of catering other than a breakfast buffet. This is our 1st time stay in this hotel as we already been to Taipei for few times..We have booked 2rooms for 4nights(24-28FEB 2012) through website but we are really surprise(angry) when the receptionist from the Hotel told us that they only received 1rooms 4nights booking..And the Hotel's rooms is fully booked at this period(Taipei's school holiday)..so […] disappoint at this moment as we have 2 four years old kids together and is harder for us to get another due to the Taipei Holiday.. And we are so delight when the Management of the Hotel told us they can help us to upgrade our rooms in a reasonable price... I'm really happy with their immediate respond to the situation and action..They have the greatest services and fantastic rooms..They have the most warming staff.. "Nice but noisy"

Nice, clean room. A little small but fine for just me. Problem was on was 4th floor and the breakfast room was on the 2nd floor but by 6am I could hear (loudly), dishes and conversations from my room. Hotel has an open atrium from the ground floor up and the sound carried. Became too loud to sleep peacefully.
