"Too much expectation=>little disappoint...."

I stayed new year. The hotel plan was written "river view" I was excited to see view from the room. But my room was not facing to the river. Besides, water liking from the wall of bathroom. After took shower, water was all mover the floor. Disappoint. For the breakfast, I was ordering omelet, the western chef who i was talking to was suddenly pass me […] to other chef. That's rude to customer. Well, even I complained about room, batler told me "it was written river view or in front of the river??" actually my friend and I were booked same condition, and their room was facing to the river. I am big disappointment to St.Regis. It is not 5star hotel. I never seen like this 5star hotel. may be 3 star hotel level. 詳情
