"Lovely welcome with great views"
Rhona and Tommy are really lovely and provide a warm welcome accommodating mountain bikes in the garage and providing an excellent service. The grounds are also very comfortable for just hanging out! Only complaint would be the noise from the road - maybe some sound-proofing in the front bedrooms would be a good idea. "Fantastic views and excellent service"
The hotel is delightful, a great location with easy access to Whinlatter forest for mountain biking. The owners kindly stored our bikes in the garage. Superb breakfast with a choice of good quality products. Rooms at the front are noisy due to the nearby road and the singly room is a bad deal as it's just above the main door so you get disturbed by […] everyone coming in late. "Best view and a great base"
Lovely warm welcome from Tommy and Rhona. Room was lovely and clean with the most spectacular view of the Skiddaw. Close enough to the pub to walk. Excellent breakfast cooked by Tommy. "Very nIce but................."
Very nice but staff were absent for just about our whole stay, couldn't find anyone to help us and the heater didn't work, it was freezing, also their free wifi didn't work either. NIce breakfast though.Expedia 旅客真實的評價

"Great View"
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable with great views that really do live up to the photographs. Nice cooked breakfast and very convenient for Keswick with several nice pubs within walking distance for evening meals/quiet pints.Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
