"Nice Hotel. Expensive. Not International"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月29日留下評價Nice, clean, well decorated Hotel. However staff do not speak good english. I had big trouble in checking in as they refused to give me the 'TWO BEDROOMS' suite which i have booked and clearly stated on the booking confirmation. I was told the price I was paying was only for ' TWO BEDS'. That wasted me 2 hours and i couldn't get my room until my lawyer calling the hotel manager. As a frequet traveller, I could say that the guest relations of this hotel is not meeting the international standard while the price is certainly a 5 star price. Anyhow, the hotel is nice with a well equipped open kitchen in each room. Friendly staff and a safe neighbourhood. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping malls are within 10 mins drive.

"Good for a business trip"
Hotel was decent, for the cost, it was great compared to other experiences in the area. Big plus for me was ironing board and iron, coffee maker in the room with a kitchenette and microwave. Big negative was the wall unit AC that was over one of the beds and required me to step up on the bed to adjust it. "Good Business Hotel"
I was traveling on business to participate at an expo taking place in the close by Transamerica Expo Centre. The hotel is practical and a reasonable value for what you get. A shuttle bus service to the venue every 30 minutes came in handy. There is also a Taxi point across the street. The neighbourhood does not offer much in way of cultural or entertaining […] possibilities. The overall decoration is dated and depressing, could do better with much less. Escolhi o hotel porque é perto do local do meu compromisso profissional. Costumo ficar em hotéis equivalentes a preços muito menores, por isso esperava muito mais. Fiquei negativamente surpreso com o colchão mole, TV antiga e ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. O banho é bom, embora o box seja muito apertado. O café foi muito bom.
