玩完環球影城後的好住宿，高樓層夜景很漂亮，隔天在32樓的早餐一直到用餐的最後一刻仍持續補充餐點，服務人員態度親切。

房間很大，有wifi但有時要連線要很久才連得上(我使用ipad)，櫃檯人員英文很好。飯店check in是下午三點，但可以提早把行李拿到飯店寄放並告知有住房，晚上回到飯店，行李已經放置到房間了。

Clean and newish hotel and literally right next to USJ (Universal Studios Japan).... so great location if you are looking to go there. Also directly in front of the hotel is a "food court" type of area with a lot of restaurants. The hotel, while very "nice looking" is not up to the "excellent" standard for Japan. The beds are not very comfortable. The […] room size is good and the views are nice. The staff is about the worst I've encountered in Japan (for this level of hotel). I would expect that kind of staff in a low budget business hotel. But for the price, it's a big room in a very convenient location (for USJ). Note that besides USJ and the numerous restaurants, there is no other shopping area... you have to take the train to go to Nishikujo for the kind of variety you would expect in Osaka. Very happy with this hotel. Great atmosphere with the universal shops all outside the door. Hotel is right outside the universal station so very easy access. Meal plan was good value for mo eh. Only criticism was the carpet in hallways etc is getting a bit tattered and worn, but rooms were a good size and very comfortable.

Took my fly to Universal Studio and we stayed at Keihan Tower Hotel. Splendid location with in walking distance and also good choice of food very near. We love our stay as the hotel is very clean, equiped with wifi throughout the building, its near Universal Studio as well. Just a few steps away from JR Universal Station. Starbuck is just below the hotels. Lots of eatary nearby.

유니버셜 바로 앞에 위치하고 있어 유니버셜 관람하기에 최적. 가격도 착하고 지하철도 바로 연결됨. 가이유칸까지 캡틴라이너 타고 가기에도 아주 용이함. 리무진 버스로 공항에서 도착가능해서 그 편리함도 좋았음. JR로 우메다 남바가기에도 큰 불편 없음. 단지 체크인 시간 3시를 칼같이 지켜서 2시넘어 호켈 도착했는데도 계속 기다려야함

일단 USJ가 목적이었기 때문에 위치적으로는 정말 최고였고 호텔시설 또한 깨끗하고 만족합니다. 조식포함이었는데 조식 또한 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 주변에 작은 mall이 있어 식사 해결에는 전혀 문제 없었고 호텔바로 옆에 편의점도 있어 저녁늦게 필요한 물품을 사러가는데도 불편함이 없습니다.

ＵＳＪへ行く為に２泊利用しました。 立地は大変良く、ユニバーサルシティ駅を出てすぐの、ローソン右脇の回転ドアからホテルに入れます。 ＵＳＪのゲートまで多少歩くものの、苦になる距離じゃありませんので問題なしです。 初めての大阪でしたが、スタッフの方から電車の乗り継ぎ等を丁寧に教えて頂けたので、ＵＳＪ以外の観光も楽しむ事が出来ました。 また大阪に行く時は利用したいと思います。

立地がパークに隣接していて、パーク内を歩き回ってもすぐに部屋で足を投げ出してのんびりでき、高層ホテルなのでパーク側も海側も窓からの風景が楽しめます。朝食は1階でも最上階でも同じメニューの朝食がいただけ、メニューは多くはないですが、雰囲気はとてもよく、朝から優雅な時間を楽しめました。

大阪観光の為に宿泊しました。カジュアルダブルのお得なお部屋で予約しましたが、部屋に空きがあるとのことで、通常のダブルルームへアップグレードしてくれました。28fのとても眺めの良い、掃除の行き届いた清潔な広い部屋で大満足です！大阪まで10分ですし、駅に直結しているのでとても便利です。スタッフの方もとても感じが良く気持ちよく過ごせました。コストパフォーマンス、ものすごく良かったです。ありがとうございました。

お盆期間中に２泊しました。駅を出てすぐ、USJに近くて本当に便利なホテルです。 部屋からUSJのチケット売り場の行列が見えたので予めホテルでチケットを購入してでかけました。 朝食付きのプランだったのですが品数があるけど大したものはありませんでした。 まずいわけではないけど、できあいの惣菜って感じで手作り感がありません。 USJのホテルなので子どもには満足な内容だと思います。 わざわざ別料金（大人2,000円以上したはず)を払って食べるほど価値はないと思いました。 高層階のレストランは景色がいいので混んでいます。 急いでいる方は3.4階を利用した方が良いでしょう。
