布利斯頓維瓦花園旅館 (Viva Garden Serviced Residence) - 曼谷

I book the hotel while sitting in the plane to Bangkok, the hotel is so close to BTS and its jsut 15mins away. The hotel is great and we got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. Very nice hotel and super clean. We will come back again.

普遍而言,是不錯的酒店。房間企理,職員極之友善及樂於助人。由於酒店不提供牙刷及牙膏,結果職員亦於凌晨找到兩套免費的牙膏牙刷給我，很感激。不過吃早餐時,餐廳地板似乎有點糟,沾沾的很dirty,感覺不良,而且有一天打算吃粟米片時,發覺已經沒有牛奶,問職員會否重新添加時,職員回答：milk finished。沒有想過餐廳竟然會沒有牛奶提供,相信餐廳服務仍需改善。

酒店非常舒適，房間潔淨光猛，設備齊全，有活在家中的感覺，唯洗面盤去水很慢，花灑水流不太穩定，但員工有禮貌、有笑容。最大缺點是隔鄰有一間小學，早上八時半會很大聲地播放十多分鐘泰國立樂，可能是泰國國歌。酒店緊貼BTS Bang Chak站(E10)，極之方便，但往旺區的車費卻比On Nut(E9)站貴15 baht，你到BTS站看看車費表，便會覺得E10以後的車站收費貴得有點不合理！但住宅區的食肆及按摩的消費比遊客區便宜。

交通方便 非常靠近BTS. 早餐樣式雖然不多, 但每天都會更換新菜單. 以所付的價錢而言, 是非常划算的選擇.唯一的缺點是員工的訓練不足, 服務的品質, 因人而異, 差異很大.

酒店房間真係夠大，一房一廳有煮食用具有衣帽間有兩個洗手間仲有一個大露台，樓下有泳池健身室又有洗衣房可以自己洗衫，咁既價錢係好底好底住，地方乾淨之餘，員工態度十分有善親切，完全能解決我所有的問題，好好既一間酒店，如果再去曼谷我會希望再次入住。只是位置方面雖然附近行二分鐘有bts搭，但要搭幾個站先到siam，但普遍黎講我接受加滿意的。而且去siam吾會太耐~附近有便利店，街邊小食店，唔會餓親，夜晚都幾熱鬧既~我好想再住一次

我們預訂的是套房而且其令人驚訝！感覺像高端公寓而且物有所值甚至更多。員工很驚人，從那些真心高興和在接待處熱情招待，正在工作的員工。行李搬運工是那我最喜歡的人之一。位於有點偏僻而且不在城鎮最受歡迎的部分（實際上有點低端），但是相對整潔，安全而且恰好緊挨著空中列車。Bang Chock （如果你住在這裡，Bang Chock 就是你的站）離Siam只有10站遠（大約15分鐘）而且一日票很適用。我們喜歡這個地方而且每次我們在城鎮時會預訂在這裡。我們喜歡這家酒店！！！

預定了一間行政套房。空間很大。設備品質很好而且浴室非常寬敞，有獨立的淋浴箱和浴缸。員工非常有禮貌和樂於助人。在退房開始的時候產生了錯誤的發票，但是很快就更正了。贈送的早餐很不錯。沒有自助早餐但是相反有固定早餐功能表可以選擇（亞洲的，國際的，泰式的等）。相對於酒店來說，餐廳非常小。注意在餐廳沒有成套餐具。遠離旅遊區但是只要步行兩分鐘就到了BST station Bang Chak。酒店位於曼谷最繁華的街道之一。總的來說，有一次非常舒適的入住。

I wasn't sure how the hotel would be due to the sight of other local hotels but I was amazed!! I was a beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing and very helpful! The rooms were very nice and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff was very helpful with all our needs during our 3-night stay. Wonderful variety in the included breakfast daily. We are business travelers to BKK and so we spend 10 or more days there at a time. This place was perfect. It is a serviced residency but caters to tourist/business visitors as well. The room was very accommodating for my few days stay, with a kitchenette and medium refrigerator. The pool area was relaxing and isolated, as you couldn't see most of the surrounding buildings. It was nice to have wi-fi as well, however you could only have 1 device at a time on the wi-fi (iPhone & iPad couldn't be used simultaneously) The main lobby personnel were friendly, helpful and polite. The location is across from a market, which offered many street food options as well as other food establishments. It is also located very close to the sky train, ~1-2 min walk from the driveway, which was a great mode of transportation and easy to follow. You will either want to take the train or cab to go shopping or to other locations for other activities, as there wasn't a lot to do in the immediate area. Great alternative to upscale hotels in the busier areas of Bangkok. Lots of space to feel at home in. Nice pool and meditation area on the grounds. Right next to the BTS Bang Chak station for easy commuting to most areas of BKK. You will pay a 15Baht premium from this station, but the price of the hotel makes it well worth the cost. We stayed 3 nights before heading to our destination. The hotel is lovely and very well maintained. Breakfast included with the room had lots of variety and was good. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The location was close to the sky train, which is easy to use. I would stay here again.

although they advertise they are "pet friendly" and the website says "no additional pet fee" neither is true. We were asked to use the service elevator with our 7 pound hairless mexican.
