Lake Of The Sky Inn - 太浩市

I just returned from my stay in Tahoe City. I was there for a mogul competition that my daughter was competing in at Squaw Valley. The location ended up being great. I was a little concerned about staying that far from the resort but the road isn't steep and it's only about 8 miles. We didn't have snowy roads but I don't think it would be a bad drive […] even on snow - major road that is probably well maintained. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, larger than I expected and had great water pressure in the shower. It was warm too. I've stayed in some older budget motels that never seem to warm up or are drafty but that wasn't the case with this hotel. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast because they put things out at 8 and that was too late for us. My only complaint is that it's noisy. The walls are thin so you can hear the guests that are next to you and any outside noise. I have given it a high rating because for the price I think it was wonderful. If you are expecting a luxury resort you will be disappointed. 詳情

The hotel is a bit grungy looking on the outside, but the room was super cute. It was clean and the front desk was very friendly. Not a continental breakfast to write home about, but there is a great coffee shop across the street!

The rooms are certainly small, especially with two queen beds. But the rooms were clean, recently updated, and in a very convenient location. My only real issue is that the free breakfast and hotel lobby did not open until 8am. Leaving early for the ski slopes meant we were gone well before 8am and that caused two problems. 1. I couldn't figure out […] where to leave the key and or check out. 2. No breakfast. Most South Lake hotels are have breakfast starting around 7am or 7:30. All in all, really not a complaint. Stayed here one night, deserves more than 1.5 stars. clean room, clean bathroom. little bummed that they did not have a roll away, and that the remote did not work. I'd stay here again for the price......

Other than not having bugs - at least none that we saw, and that the shower had good water pressure there was nothing to recommend this place. One little special feature was that the cable to the TV was held on or not with masking tape. we bumped it and had no tv for the night.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed!!! Our reservation was for a King bed...once we checked in they only had Queen bed for both nights. Okay... BUT The building in old, drab and in extremely shabby condition. Filthy and very run down. Ice machine doesn't work. Terrible! I wouldn't recommend staying here.
