Good value for money, housekeeping is very good, located right next to the beach and just off the main road. Clean property, slightly expensive restaurant (complimentary breakfast is good). IMPORTANT: every member of your group must show proof of ID.

Having booked up on spec, and having no previous knowledge of Goa, we were uncertain what to expect, but we shouldn't have worried. The hotel exceeded our expectations at all levels. The location, the style, the feeling of being made welcome, the proximity to the beach. Everything. We spent 6 days at the Santana Beach Resort to unwind and relax, which […] is exactly what we did. The only down side is the beach can be littered at the high tide line by late afternoon, but in the morning it was quite clean. The resort is good overall. Pretty Big AC rooms with Sofa, attached kitchen and balcony. Power cut seemed usual to me as power went more than 5 times in my 2-day stay. And the resort doesn’t have a generator back-up for AC and TV. I had a complementary breakfast, comprising of one Indian dish (upma) and one continental (Bread Jam butter is what they […] call continental). The upma I had was not at all edible. The resort is located next to condolim beach. The beach is not very clean on one side, and has ship wreckage and oil cover. The other side the beach is ok but is very lonely especially at night. Not much crowd on this beach, so if u want a private time to relax it is good. However, if you are a couple looking for some water sports or other happening things in goa, this is not for you. Best suited for families with children, who want to sit and relax in hotel, and not see the nightlife. Calangute beach is around 5 kms and you can hire a vehicle to go there.
