There is separate parking charges of 30.55 euros per night and no valet. You will have to park your car yourself. There is also no help for your luggage. No room service as well. They have a restaurant that provides room service but for a limited time only.

This was our first stop after landing in Madrid. We took the Metro directly from the airport to the hotel (1 block walking from Metro stop). Very pleased with the staff. English / Spanish translation was never an issue, the staff did all they could and more to help communicate. The hotel was a great location. We found a great rate at this hotel. Went in the Metro from the airport and our stop is next door from the hotel and all around town, easy to take the metro and walking distance. The hotel is very clean, in great condition, very close to the Metro and within easy walking distance to the centre of Madrid. The rooms are very well equipped, inclusive WIFI is a bonus plus the use of a laptop in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was very good.

Negative- The daytime (check in) male staff member was lethargic at best, always very rude, rarely helpful. You could be standing in front of the register and he wouldn't acknowledge you until he wanted to. Awkward! Night staff was much better, always helpful and obliging. AT 9 Euros a person, it wasn't worth the skimpy selection, lack of refills for yoghurt, eggs, fruit, or cheese. The only thing that there was abundant of was ham! We resorted to going down the road to a local bakery, for 6 Euros a person, we had excellent coffee, and fair breakfast foods... Bedroom had no mirrors....aside from one in the bathroom. It was inconvenient to have three people share one mirror. Positive- Complimentary computer in every room so that we could do our own research when we needed to, and check our emails etc. Bathroom was clean, clean towels etc. Hotel is energy efficient. Close proximity to Metro (Tribunal and Alonzo Martinez), the Metro in Madrid is very clean, very convenient. Taxis are cheaper if you are more than 3 people..and taxi drivers are very helpful and honest. The room was impressively decorated in a minimalist style. It was impressive to find a laptop on the desk connected to the internet ready for our use. The petit palace was good value for money. Good air-con to cool us down from the scorching 38 degree temperatures, central location, a short walk from the shops and sol and in the middle of a busy night scene, though not too noisy itself! . This hotel had all the mod cons you could want, there was a brand new laptop with unlimited internet access on it, and wi-fi was free for use on iPhones etc. The hairdryer was really good quality, not one that took forever to heat up. Staff were very friendly, helping us to print out some tickets needed for our ongoing journey afterwards. It was in a very nice area close to everything. The subway station it's next to the hotel you can take it from the airport without any problem. They have electric stairs all the way so you don't have to carry your luggage. All the restaurants and even the jazz club next to the hotel are great. If you like fast food they have a burger king and dominos […] pizza right there. Also if you are traveling with kids it's a great place to stay with two bunk beds in a nice size room. Very nice experience. Hotel was centrally located on the nicer side of town with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Metro right at the corner. The hotel has a patio that allowed us to just sit back, drink wine and chat with friends till very late. It was a perfect finish to the day.

We had a really good time in Madrid, and part of the reason was because of this hotel. We were on our honeymoon and had decided to stay at 3 different hotels over 5 days so we could get a good feel for the city. Petit Palace was the last night of our stay and by far the most expensive. The modernism is very apparent, even down to the way the room numbers […] appear on the doors. If you are looking for a more classically styled hotel, then this is not the place for you. But, this worked out pretty well for our tastes. The staff was courteous as well as helpful. The only problems that were experienced were the bathroom and the wifi. The bathroom is very nice and spacious, and very very clean. The only issue we had was the European style shower was open on one end and tended to allow a lot of water out on the floor. Also, the controls for the shower weren't very intuitive and that made things a little difficult. Outside of that, the bathroom was superb. The biggest issue with the wifi was we never got above 2 bars for a signal and we were on the 1st floor and when we tried to upload pictures and video of Madrid to Facebook, it would always produce an error, which tells me that there is a bandwidth limit in effect on their network. All in all, these were really minor issues as we enjoyed our stay at PPSB. We would recommend it as it is very close to a few metro stations and there are plenty of things to do in the immediate area. We would stay there again. 詳情

The hotel was beautifully situated in Plaza Santa Barbara, a nice part of Madrid. The views were great and it was quiet. It was not far from the Gran Via, and very close to the Metro. They even had a room with bunk beds which was very family friendly. The place was very clean. The beds were a bit hard, but comfy enough, and immaculately clean.

It is a good hotel, but with few minor complaints. I was there with my girlfriend for 5 days. We enjoyed our stay however few things bothered me. We booked a double bed but recieved two twin beds, they changed our room into a double but the new room had no view. Not really a problem for me but still, no apologies or nothing. And another problem, the […] breakfast isnt really awesome. The hot food is cold, the offer is the same every day. Other than that, the staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, with a laptop in every one and everything and the hotel is close to all the sites (within 20min walk), and the subway is just outside the hotel. The location of this hotel was perfect. Plaza Santa Barbara is less touristy and has a more young professional vibe than other neighborhoods in Central Madrid. There is a Metro stop about 50 yards from the entrance to the hotel, and it is about a 20 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and other sights. I don't think it had anything to do with the cleaning of the room, but nevertheless, the sewer smell you sometimes get in old European cities was a bit overwhelming at times. We did everything we could, open the window, run the heater, to get rid of it. It came and went but generally speaking was pretty bad. This newly rennovated hotel is within 50m of Alonso Martinez Metro via a pedestrianised area. Far enough from the busy centre to be that little bit quieter, yet still have plenty of breakfast cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was excellent with free laptop and wifi, well appointed bathroom including a hair dryer, and a mini bar with two free bottles […] of water, two bottles of cola and a bottle of orange juice. Could have benefited from an extra chair perhaps. The management also left a welcoming bowl of fruit on the first morning. Nice touch. Breakfast was buffet style with an excellent spread and staff that spoke good English. The room also had a useful safe to keep valuables out of the hands of the pick-pockets that roam the Mtero, etc. This stay was in late Aug 2011, temperatures in the low 30's, but you can get a chilly night, so take a jacket/jumper. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 days-if like us you enjoy walking around a city, then you can easily walk everywhere from the hotel, we took the metro on the 3rd day to give our feet a little rest-which is very well priced at just 1 Euro for every single trip. Meget fint og rent værelse som passede til vores behov. Vi har ikke spist på hotel, idet vi skulle afprøve de mange små spisesteder som ligger i nærheden. Hotellet har en dejlig gård, hvor man kan sidde og drikke medbragte varer, idet hotellet ikke har en bar. Dog er der et kiosk 50 m derfra og mange udendørs bar lige uden for hoveddøren.
