Good stay, arranging staff. Bedroom and bathroom are ok, good tv set, comfortable bed. could be whiter bedsheet and AC remote playing up. would recommend compared to many other places visited to in mumbai.

Good location for being a tourist in Mumbai. They gave us double bed and not a twin as requested. Alternative was offered but that room had no private bathroom and also had a cockroach on the floor...we took the double. Friendly staff who went out to buy us water at a crazy time when we arrived.

The Hotel is in a good position right on Marine drive so you can have a nice walk at night. They are refurbishing the hotel but the room is good with new bathroom inside the room. The people are nice and they serve breakfast in the room, also I found it safe.

Expectations were barely moderate, hence were met. Bang for the buck!!Location is great- morning runs along Marine drive; close to Church Gate station and walking distance to VT (now CST) train station.

Bentley hotel is improving by the day, when we stopped there they were renovating a lot of the rooms to be closer to western standards , I would imagine this will be complete by Xmas 2012. The hotel is right on marine drive, & only 50M from cricket ground. The staff are very helpful & will even go out & fetch shopping for you if you ask them. 2012 October, In the middle of renovating, they showed me the second room they said was available and it was a building site. Itll be nice when it's completed, 3rd floor only is strange, friendly staff but noisey all night yelling and slamingdoors, oh well, I got another room elsewhere and my friend survived two nights ok.

For paying such a large amount I was expecting clean sheets and a clean bathroom, neither was the case at Bently's Hotel. During my next visit I will not be staying at Bently's.

Horrible, its on the 3rd floor of a run down building and they don;t have internet and there isn't a internet cafe anywhere near the hotel, even though the guy at the front desk will tell you there is one across the street or 5minutes down the street, its a lie. Its shared bathrooms and the bathrooms are not clean at all and when I finally was able […] to get into the bathroom it smelled like someone had just smoked weed. The room is really small and barely has enough room for the beds really nothing else. The beach is across the street but besides that your not near anything of interest. We were suppose to stay 3 nights in this hotel but only stayed the first night because we had gotten in late to Mumbai and the next morning we checked out and went to another hotel near the Gateway of India which was way better. It is on nice location, i have been there for cricket match and this hotel is next to Wankhede stadium. overall i will say its worth for money however there are certain glitches which i came across but its a very good option for 2 or 3 days stay with family.

You don't get much for your money in Mumbai, but this is a reasonable option for the price. It's located within walking distance of all the major sights downtown, and is in a well-lit, safe and affluent area. Although I had problems checking in, the stay was quite pleasant. The rooms are cleaned but need to be more soundproofed! Also, the building (going to the 3rd floor by staircase) needs major renovations!!! Location is fantastic!

The staff at Bentley are brilliant, they go out of their way to look after you. Also, the location on Marine Drive is perfect for anyone wanting a great view, and local ammenaties are abundent. This is the best hotel in Mumbai for the price.

I would like to mention here that the facilities provided by the Hotel was not good. There was no soap in Wash Room and quality of Breakfast was so inferior provided by the Hotel & other services are not up to the mark.

Hotellet var et kæmpestort rod. Det var under gennemgribende renovering under opholdet hvilket der ikke blev informeret om inden. Morgenmaden var ok, men man kunne kun indetage den på værelset hvor der ikke var ordentlig bordplads. For et hotel i den prisklasse er det simpelthen for dårligt!

В отеле шел ремонт, когда мы пребывали там. поэтому чистоты в холле особо не было. В номерах довольно чисто. в общем, у нас остались положительные впечатления от отеля. До достопримечательностей основных можно доехать на такси, но пешком тоже недалеко. Например, до ж/д вокзала от него минут 20 пешком. Das Hotel wurde gerade umgebaut und war nur Baustelle,laut und schmutzig, die Bauarbeiten gingen bis spät in die Nacht hinein. Das Zimmer war einigermaßen ok und für indische Verhältnisse sauber.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Leider haben sämtliche Zimmer Schimmel an decken und Wänden, die Bettwäsche wirkte nicht sehr sauber und Klamm. Abends spät und früh morgens wurde sich lauthals auf dem Flur unterhalten. Die Lage war gut, aber mehr Vorteile bietet das Hotel nicht.
