Beautiful 2 year old hotel in nice neighborhood & within walking distance of a nice mall. The service was very good and all personnel friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It's very modern and the lobby is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and willing to meet your needs. My only critic is the color scheme in the rooms. That can be replaced easily in the future.

Did not spent too much time at the Hotel but did have a good time at the Bar and every morning had breakfast with my wife and friends from Guadalajara, we all liked it. The food, service and Manager were outstanding. I have decades of exp with opening New Hotels or large top of the line Real estate and noticed that in a few, very few years, some repairs […] will be needed due to low quality work and materials. Only looked at my room.( tile, grout.carpet etc). Very clean I must say. We will be back soon. Thanks Efrain 詳情

the hotel was very crowded because there was a lorge group attending a convention somewhere else outside the hotel, but nonetheless overall this hotel and the service is very good

Very poor room services. We pre-paid thru your service for three people to stay in one room and everyday we had to call for extra sheets and extra towels for the third person. How rediculous this vacation was for the amount of money we paid. I go to Guadalajara often and I am not sure that we will stay there again. Do you have the number of the Hotel […] with the name of a manager so I can contact them directly? Why does the hotel include trip when you purchase snack in the hotel store? Who does that? 詳情

I have continue to stay at your hotel and in the past it has been excellent. This time the service was very poor. We prepaid with Hotel.com and we pay a service to hotel.com for a reason and we had paid for three people in one room and every night we had to ask for extra sheets for the third person and extra towels for my husban who courteous to give […] the two women the towels. We have paid good money for this stay and we are not at all satisfied with the services. I believe that if all is prepaid, services should be superb!!! Its a perfect hotel, new, no bad smells like at hilton, holiday inn or all these other old american hotels in the area. I would recommend staying at the RIU for both vacation or business. The pool side is great to hang out on a hot day!

A great option in guadalajara..good value, all new, nice conveniences and my room was quiet. Only problem is if using garage, there are 2 different and detached (50yards from one to the next) very small elevators to reach the lobby--if hotel were crowded, it would take forever/be a nightmare to get from garage to the lobby with baggage--very surprising […] architectural screw-up for such a new hotel! 詳情

I recommend it to everyone visiting Guadalajara, its close to Andares Mall that has outdoor cafe's as well as top line designer stores for shopping!

excellent hotel second time I stay there. Paul McCartney stayed there on this trip and and former Mexican president Fox was there onmy previous trip. This is the place to be in GDL.

do they have to charge for parking? and the access to the lobby from the parking is thru 2 separate elevators, and very claustrophobic small elevators, if you have more than 2 people with bags it will not fit.!!

This was our first trip to Guadalajara and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The staff, service and condition of the hotel was worth much more than the price paid. Throw in a the buffet breakfast and you have a deal that can't be turned down. I would recommend this hotel to my closest family and friends in a heart beat.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the higher rooms is spectacular. Free water, beer, and soda in the mini bar. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Check in was a breeze.. staff was very helpful and taxis were always available... room was very clean and up to boutique standards or better. WELL worth the money! Exellent....Wife and i stay in almost all the hotels in gdl and this one ranks atop of any five star hotel. the room was elegent, the breakfast food and the staff was outstanding and its served till noon.
