今次我入住既係 Honeymoon suite, 有私人泳池, 間房好大,public 個泳池都好大好舒服, 仲望海ga, 不過附近就乜都無, 都要去返station 2 先有野食, 早餐buffet 算係我入過咁多酒店最少選擇既一間, 但整體感覺好好, 好relax, 好靜^^

"服務不好"
一開始感覺相當不錯,可是一要退房時,飯店說不見一條毛巾, 我們出國根本不會使用飯店毛巾,飯店卻一直說不見,讓人實在很生氣,也不快點做處理,當時要做9:00的飛機,時間都快來不及了飯店還是慢慢來,我們當時也可以把行李打開讓他們檢查啊?爾且他ㄇ去整理房間時,我們還發現我們不見了一包泡麵和幾包咖啡,我們也有跟飯店說,他們也都沒回應,態度惡劣。下次不會再去住啦。Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
員工真的非常樂於助人。房間真的很漂亮而且客房服務恰到好處。例如,我沒有要求他們但他們會付出一些額外的努力幫我折衣服。可是,當我們達到的時候,酒店後面正在進行額外的建築工程,醜陋並且有時嘈雜。這意味著我們不可以用他們的泳池,有點討厭。並且,早餐也很普通,但是他們接受超出功能表範圍的附加的早餐要求,這很不錯。Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"BAD customer policy 4 guests only two towels?"
THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL TOWELS IN THE ROOM. EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW AND WERE TOLD THERE ARE FOUR PEOPLE IN EACH ROOM. ACCORDING TO MANAGER THEY ONLY REPLACE TOWELS NOT ADD TOWELS WHICH WAS VERY VERY SURPRISING TO SAY THE LEAST AND REAL BAD POLICY. HOW CAN THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL RESORT NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH TOWELS FOR GUESTS? TOWELS […] ARE SUPPOSED TO BE STAPLE PROVISION FOR GUESTS ESPECIALLY AT IN BORACAY.. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY GUESTS. TREATED LIKE THIEVES, CANNOT TAKE OUR SHOWER RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE WE HAD TO WAIT FOR HOUSEKEEPING WHO WILL NOT BRING THE REPLACEMENT TOWELS THE FIRST TIME THEY COME TO PICK UP THE WET TOWELS.. "Good hotel once i was able to checkin"
Stayed 1 night at this hotel after i left it late to book an additional night at previous hotel. Was good to stay in a different area of Boracay. Unfortunately the main things that let this hotel down was its unreliable internet connection & speed(compared to previous hotel). Also, checkin time was 2pm and there was a lobby full of people awaiting to […] check in. Most places ive stayed before have rooms ready before and are more than willing to accomodate(excuse thepun). Although it wasnt much of a wait, i grabbed lunch in the meantime, however i still wasnt ableto checkin till about 230pm. "DON'T SHOW UP EARLY!!!"
Having to wait for our room until 2 pm when we arrived on the island @ 10 am was extremely disappointing. We had specified to the staff we would be arriving early and to accommodate us. We knew the hotel could, but chose not too. "fantastic staff, location and good rooms."
very nice staff, fantastic swiming pool and relaxing outdoor area, nice bathroom finish, very close to the beach and few minutes away from d'mall (10-15min walk or 3-4min tricycle 60 peso each way which is £1). the breakfast in all the hotels we stayed at in boracay were more or less the same thing and same quality from the 2.5 star to 5 star hotels […] we stayed in. and lastly the staff... extremely kind and had the pleasure of meeting the manager whom was fantastic, kind and extremely polite and helpfull. overall i will recommend this hotel to any type of person. 詳情Expedia 旅客真實的評價
"WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT."
We stay for 2 nights and our air conditioner was not working so we asked the staff to fix it. 2 hours later, after we had informed the front desk about our situation a staff comes along and plays around with the remote for a couple minutes and says that he would be back with someone who would fix the air conditioner. We had to wait another one and a […] half hour and came back with a technition and says he needs 30 minutes to fix the air conditioner and told us to stay in our rooms. We waited for 3 hours with no response at all especially after dinner. We decided to go up to the front desk to get some answers. They decided to move us to a different room. Apprently a better room that we were originally staying at. The room we moved to was filled with strong paint scent and was obviously not near completion and a view of the construction. We were furious so asked to speak to the maneger of the hotel within 5 minutes because i was tried of WAITING. 5 minutes later i get a call from a women, (NOT MANAGER) and told her this is honestly the worst hotel i had been too. All she could say to me is Im sorry but we didnt have any other rooms available. Not only this hotel ruined my day but my mini holiday to Boracay. You can definetly find a better hotel for better service, cheaper price and a better location. Im never ever coming to this hotel AGAIN. Must NOT recommend to anyone. I thought the staff at the counter/reception area when I was checking in could have been more pleasing. "Nothing much to do"

"Terrible experience, not recommended"
We stayed at Crown Regency for 4 nights. Upon check in, I was allocated a room which was facing a construction site, and the room itself was still under construction. The bathroom had no shower panels, the wires for the lights were bare as they were not connected yet, the wardrobe had no door, the room had no table, and it was still being painted. I […] was massively upset and spoke to the manager on duty, who did not do much to appease me. We were allocated another room with an equally bad view of other rooms. During our stay, we experienced breakdowns in the heater and wifi. Our bedsheets were not changed during our 4 night stay either, and the buffet breakfast being served was awful. Hotel usine à touristes asiatiques. Chambres loin d etre nickel, serviettes sales. La reception nous a donné une mauvaise chambre à notre arrivée. On a rechangé à 2h du matin de chambre puis le lendemain rechangement car le jacuzzi ne marchait pas. Dans notre 3eme chambre le jacuzzi ne marchait tjs pas...Dons on a laissé tombbé.... A 210€ la nuit, cet […] hotel est une arnaque. J'ai demandé un fer à repasser le 31 decembre à 18h, à 2 reprises, et je l'attends toujours... "누구에게나 이용가능 한 호텔."
객실에서 약간의 먼지냄새가 났지만 객실 자체는 깨끗했구요. 테라스 테이블이 나무재질이어서 그랬는지, 개미가 아주 바쁘게 움직이고 있었다는 것이 처음엔 거슬리긴 했지만, 모두 덮어줄 수 있을정도로 마음에 드는 호텔이었습니다. 조식은 이용하지 않아 잘 모르겠구요. 해변까지는 5분이면 충분하구요. 주니어 스위트룸을 이용했는데, 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 지금 공사중이라 그런지 모르겠지만, 극 성수기임에도 아주 저렴한 가격에 이용했어요. 보라카이를 또 간다면 다시 한번 이용할 생각 있습니다.Expedia 旅客真實的評價
"日本人にたかるホテル!?"
全体的には綺麗で良いホテルでしたが、チェックアウトの際に突然リネンをチェックするからロビーで待っていろ、と云われ何だろうといぶかっていたら、”シーツとバスマットにカビが生えている。これはあんた達が汚したものだから弁償しろ!”と云ってきた。 当然、身に覚えが無いので断ると”ではこれは従業員の責任になるので、この部屋の担当者Estarが支払う”と宣言。 その金額何と12,000ペソ!(約二万四千円)。一泊の宿泊費より高い金額を請求してきたのには驚いた。 結局、従業員が泣き出したので支払うことにしたが、今本社にクレームレターを書いているところであります。 どうも日本人と見て因縁を付けてきたと思われます。非常に気分の悪い思い出となりました。Expedia 旅客真實的評價

L Hotel en lui même est bien sauf qu il y a un gros problème d' isolation ! Il est extrement bruyant !!!!!!!!! De notre chambre nous entendons TOUT les passants le personnel TOUT sans vous parler des travaux !!!! Des 7h du matin une horreur ! Et cerise sur le gateau on nous a facturer une serviette de bain parce que nous l avions sali !!! Soit 15 euros […] hallucinant !!!! Pas de piscines !!!
