"Totally not whorth the price"
Where to start? you can't trust the hot water (and based on other reviews it's a permanent problem). sometimes it's enough for one and a half showers and sometimes barely enough hot water for 1 shower. some days the stream of hot water was very poor. half of what whey say they have they don't have (no elevator, no magnetic keys, no espresso maker or […] dryer, I have no idea where is the spa, I didn't saw a parking lot). they also suffer from lack of service. in the breakfast the bread wasn't fresh and the eggs were cold. it wasn't obvious that we need shampoo and toilet paper every day and we had to ask for them. In addition, it's not that close to the center of the city and you have to walk 5-10 minutes to get to Plaza de Armes. The good things were that the room wasn't small and the staff were nice. they great us with coca tea to the room when we checked in and we also had no problem leaving our suitcases there for 2 days. for the price, I'm sure you can find better hotels. 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"disappointing stay"
I chose to stay at this hotel because we were traveling on a budget. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming; however, the room we were given was less than satisfactory. Initially there was no curtain on the shower, the water was turned off, and we were only given one towel. The staff corrected these mistakes. After staying in the hotel for […] two nights we realized that someone from the staff had stolen money that had been well-hidden deep within our luggage. Furthermore, we learned that we were paying way too much for our hotel room compared to nicer hotels in the area. Ambiente bastante familiar. Atendimento personalizado e caloroso. Quanto às instalações falta um pouco de infra estrututra no café da manhã eàs vezes falta água no banheiro e também toalhas.
