If you need a hotel close to the airport, this hotel is clean, helpful polite staff, gave us a great referral for a restaurant downtown. There is a gas station close to buy water or snacks but other than that the neighborhood is not good for walking around.

Cheap hotel. Moved in because it offers a transfer to an airport, but it is not available early morning, so we had to use a taxi which is $25 US for 2 minutes drive. The same price from any hotel in Cancun. So, do not be fooled by it closed location to an airport, it is no advantage so ever.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle. We had private transport to the hotel from Tulum so we could catch a 7 am fight home in the morning. Got to the hotel just in time to sleep so did not check out the surroundings other than to see it is on a main thoroughfare. Overall room was fine. Apart from the outrageous cost of transportation from Airport to hotel and back, my stay was very satisfactory. The 5 min. ride costs $35 U.S. or equivalent in Mexican pesos from the airport. The return is only $20! The shuttle service does not operate on sundays nor before 8am nor after 8pm on other days. Beware!

I was very pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleaniness of the hotel and my room. It was just what I needed for my overnight stay before flying out of Cancun. And while the breakfast was more than adequate my dinner the night before was far from great... wish I'd gone to the Burger King which is close by!

This is a perfect option if you arrive late to Cancun and your final destination is a little far from the airport and you do not have pre-arranged transportation. It is near to the airport and easy to get. Staff at hotel are very friendly. Food is good at the restaurant for dinner and for breakfast too.

My disappointment was almost entirely all about the free "shuttle", which I had arranged beforehand to pick us up from the airport. I had to call the hotel 4 times, growing increasingly frustrated and then full on angry, as the receptionist kept telling me the guy was 5 minutes away, when in fact we had to wait over an hour and a half for him, and the […] hotel is only 5 minutes from the freaking airport! (Still, the taxis from the airport are a complete racket. Would've cost us $35 U.S. to hire one to take us this short distance). No satisfactory explanation was given for why it took this guy 1 1/2 hours to make this 5 minute drive. He said it was because of "traffic", which was complete nonsense. Then he stopped on the way to the hotel, pulled over and gave a cop on the side of the road some kind of a drink in a can. It was weird, needless to say, and I arrived at this hotel an extremely upset individual. The "shuttle" is actually just one guy in a sedan, so if there are multiple people wanting to go to the airport with luggage there is room for maybe 3 or at most 4 people at a time. When we were going back to the airport we were late again by about 45 minutes from the time the hotel said we would be able to take the shuttle. Luckily, our flight was also delayed that day so we didn't miss our flight. I will not be back to this place. 詳情

Some of the staff were bilingual and most of them were kind and courteous. The facilities were okay and the location was somewhat ok too if you are going to rent a car. The hotel is 5min away from the airport but 30 minutes away from the fun. We were there during peak season and even though we reserved a car prior going when we got there there were […] no cars available anymore in any car rental place so we got ripped off by taxis since it cost minummun of US$25 each way to go anywhere. The hotel wasn't prepared to serve all the bedrooms they had booked. The breakfast was good, but the area was very small and after the first hours all food was gone and they didn't have anything else to replace with. They had problems with the water... and for 3 days we didn;t have hot water during some periods of the day including nights. I wasnt happy to have to take a cold shower at night after coming from the beach. The elevator broke after the first day we were there and didn't get fixed. The Jacuzzi advertised it wasn't working either. Also the printer on the business center didn't have a cartridge so nobody couldn't print anything. We could hear clearly people on the adjacent bedrooms even with a very loud AC on the whole night. We wouldn't go back to that hotel and we wouldn't recommend to anybody. 詳情

Check in took an extrordinary amount of time, which was not what we wanted after a long journey. It was delayed primarily due to other guests asking a lot of questions. Our room was comfortable and clean, and larger than expected. The bathroom was modern and had a good walk in shower. Breakfast was delayed by 20 minutes... Having not eaten for 12hrs+ […] we took advantage of the continental buffet: toast, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, ham, cereals etc. We reported before breakfast that our toilet wouldn't flush. Purely an airport departure bed for my wife and me. Was difficult to find. drove past it twice and the problem was that you have to go way past it to turn around in either direction. The parking garage is underground and also difficult to see, not to mention dangerously narrow. In any case, the service was courteous and attentive enough. The hotel was the closest to the airport and well appointed. However, be aware that there is a 200 peso fee for a 1 mile taxi ride if outside hotel shuttle hours. Total ripoff on that part that would have made our decision to stay there different.
