KTV has 6 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include facials, body wraps, and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy. This beachfront spa is equipped with a sauna and a spa tub. Visitors of this ocean view spa can round out their time of relaxation with a trip to the café and boutique.
Children under 5 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa.

"Overpriced for Vietnam"
Personnel not helpful. Very few people in a "5 star" hotel actually speaks english. Completely overpriced food. Isolated from the rest of the town you end up spending a lot of money in transportation. Better to stay in Hoi An (in winter at least). Facilities good in summer probably.
