構思再訪台北時就已經決定了要再住一次天成，因爲2010年5月我第一次住天成就已經對這家飯店的舒適度、房間整潔度以及服務人員的殷勤態度留下了深刻印象。這次我從2月29日起總共住了3個晚上，其間感受到他們專業以及細心的待客之道，令我和爸媽都很慶幸每天玩累了回飯店就可以在安寧、整潔的環境好好休息。他們的位置 - 就在台北車站M3出口旁 - 真的幫我們省下很多交通的時間！唯一要挑剔的就是電視頻道好像不夠多，晚上臨睡前會有點無聊，但是下次我還是會住天成的！ Feb. 29 - Mar. 3 2012 was my second stay at the Cosmos Hotel in Taipei (the first being May 2010), and this visit proved to […] be as pleasant as my first stay in 2010. The only thing to nit-pick with this hotel is that there are that many TV channels provided, so it was a bit boring to watch TV just before bedtime, but otherwise, this hotel is a superb choice when visiting Taipei. 我在2011年3月30日入住天成, 一共逗留了四晚. 這間酒店的外觀和室內裝潢並不華麗, 但實用性就非常高. 由於是早出晚歸, 房間是我唯一停留的地方. 房間的面積較小, 但並不局促, 十分整潔. 我是一個非常怕熱的人, 房間的溫度十分舒適, 令我疲倦的身驅可以好好的休息一夜. 至於洗手間的設施, 花灑頭的水力一定要大讚, 十分強力; 玩完一整天後, 強力的水力狠狠的打到疲勞的肩膀和小腿上, 十分舒服. 至於服務方面, 我很欣賞. 台灣不像香港可隨處找到免費使用電腦上網, 臨時想找購物或旅遊資料, 大堂的服務員不但幫我找, 還把資料編印出來, 給我很大的方便. check in / out所花的時間不用十分鐘, 十分快捷. 天成的位置是捷運站出口, 十分容易找. 交通四通八達, 是高鐵, […] 火車, 旅遊巴, 捷運, 公車的必經之地. 舒適和方便的環境, 酒店的房價又合理. 若下次到台北玩, 一定會再入住天成. 詳情

The location is very good however the room has no windows and very very small. It has the smallest hotel room that I have ever stayed! The room is as good as zero sound proof and we were always woken up from our sleep by neighbours.

We were staying on the 17th floor of the hotel, which is next to the Gym. In the morning, can hear some noise next to our room. Toilet also come with a personal jacuzzi. However, I dun really like the shower room as its door design is old and the frame of the shower room is metal. It makes squeaking sound as we open and close the door. Love the location as it is just next to the Taipei Main Station where you can depart off to other parts of Taiwan with High Speed Rail (HSR), MRT (train within the city), Railway & 2 Bus Stations (i.e. Taipei Bus Station & Taipei West Bus Station). Location of this hotel is very convenient. Near to MRT and the staff there are very friendly. The bed is a little hard and if this can change, then it will be perfect.

My first impression: A nice but old and normal-looking hotel tucked at a corner of Taipei Main Station. Most of their staff members were welcoming, friendly and helpful - an attribute of the Taiwanese people, I think. I stayed in a room with double bed for three nights. Room was clean and supplied with basic amenities (bottles of water, hair dryer […] etc). Quite a comfortable stay, I think. The only things they could improve on are to make the shower curtain for the bath tub a little longer and to ensure that the refrigerator is working properly. We had a very happy stay at the Cosmos Hotel and the room was very clean and the staffs polite and helpful. The location is super - mrt entrance is just outside the hotel and easy to go to all the places . Cosmos will be the hotel of our choice for the next visit .

First of all, Taipei is a beautiful, amazing city. Easily my favourite on a recent trip around Asia. The Cosmos hotel is next door to the main transport hub for Subway, Bus, Airport connectors and more. Cosmos is so conveniently located to the Taipei metro it'd even have its own exit (the exit label is actually "M3 Cosmos Hotel"). What more can you ask in terms of location? I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers who would like to base themselves in Taipei city, but make day trips out to the 'countryside' or outskirts. Was able to do day trip to Hsinchu, Keelung, Taichung etc comfortably (leaving at about 9 or so and returning at night). Your are essentially so conveniently located, you cut the need to do transfers, and you can pick and choose the travel of hugest efficiency. The rooms are clean and spacious for its price. Pretty well equipped with wifi, DVD player, kettle, fridge and the usual. The staff are always polite and quick to respond to our requests. Two thumbs up. The only down side to its rooms is the sound proofing. I had the misfortune of having a noisy family for neighbors for 3 nights and it took a bit of effort to settle into sleep. The hotel is easily accessible to the mtr, htr. There is a shopping street. The room and bed are relatively small.

Located at the Taipei train station, Cosmos is a great place to stay with access to anywhere in the Taipei proper. Opened the room, feel wet and somehow smelly. The room is small, no windows can open to exchange the air or look out. After complained to the hotel, no exchange of the room, the service staff put in a machine try to dry the air a bit and provided 4 fruits with a card to 'apologize'. Upon arriving, we were informed that they had overbooked the hotel due to a couple of weddings they were hosting. They asked whether we would accept, free of charge, a one-night stay at a "5-star hotel" (was not actually 5-star, but was decent enough), then they provided transport, checked us in, and bought us breakfast coupons (not included with our […] original room). The next morning, they drove us back to the Cosmos, upgraded our room for free and gave us a fruit basket (twice). The entire time, the staff were extremely friendly and polite, we were able to get by with only English (not everyone spoke the language, but there were enough people around who did to manage). The hotel facilities are very pretty, and they have restaurants, a tea-room and an ice cream parlor (all somewhat overpriced, but the ice cream parlor is excellent). Additionally, the hotel is so close to the MRT that is has its own exit, making it very easy to find. We were able to travel all over the city via the subway as a result, never changing lines more than once. If you are planning on going sight-seeing, this is definitely something to consider. Taxis are also consistently available just outside of the hotel. The room we ended up in (double w/ window) was not spacious, but it was efficiently organized, had decent furniture, free wired Internet access, and a nice bathroom. There was plenty of storage space, a mini-fridge, and a water heater with instant coffee and tea for those willing to brave the taste. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Less than 30 seconds walk to enter the Taipei main station underground concourse and then easy access to subway, main station, bus stations and shopping centres (all within minutes). The hotel room was very comfortable and large, well appointed and the mattress was just right (not like the hard mattress found […] in China hotels). Wireless and wired LAN are free of charge so staying connected was a breeze. The bathroom was fine although it could benefit from a sprucing up as it is starting to show some age. The hotel staff very attentive and always willing to help and at times went out of their way to do those little extra things such as holding the door open and greeting you. Even though the hotel is situated on a main road and my room on the sixth floor faced the road, the traffic noise was not noticeable and did not interfere with sleeping or working at the computer. On the downside the hotel is frequented mainly by Asian guests, that have the habit of talking loudly as they walk through the hotel corridors, especially in the morning on their way to breakfast. In addition, the cable TV showed predominately asian programmes with only a couple of English speaking news channels. This hotel is very cnoveniently located by the Taipei MRT Main Station, so it made a great home base for touring the city. What the hotel lacks in amenities (i.e. WiFi, gym) it definitely makes up for in service/hospitatlity, location and price.

We were pleasantly surprised upon checked in to have a room upgraded from a Triple sharing to Two Double Bedded Room. My wife and daughters were very pleased with the room and asked for return stay in Cosmos the next trip. Kudos to your counters and concierge staff who were very courteous and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Cosmos is a no frills hotel in a most convenient location in Taipei. Located at Taipei Main MRT Station, it is also at the hub of Taipei's HSR & TRA. From the underground MRT, there are already Cosmos Hotel signposts at the M3 exit. The service is responsive although the rooms are average, unless you take the deluxe or VIP rooms. The fridge will always […] be turned off unless you turn it on. Water gurgling in the toilet sinks occur at night from neighbouring units is noticeable if you're a light sleeper. Shaver electrical point is loose but if you ask for a room change, they'll be most helpful. Go for the location if you're new, first time,on business trip or seldom in the hotel room, and want responsive service. If you are fussy, get the VIP/delux room. The hotel is in a very convenient location with the train station just next to it. Clean and comfortable with warm and friendly staff. Definite must stay on next visit to Taipei.

The location of the hotel is good, close to most transport modes. If breakfast is included, it would be much better.

this is a "tourist hotel" - but still its mostly people from japan and mainland china/HK staying there, i think. they do seem to handle things well for english speakers. staff was friendly, room wasn't anything to write home about, but well worth it... you walk outside, then walk about 50 feet and you are in the train station. can't beat that.

good & convenient location except hotel is under renovation externally. Booking of 6 nights online without free breakfast; suggest should give 2 or 3 days free breakfast.

I always stay here when I go to Taiwan. The front desk staff occasionally have a little trouble with English, but I haven't had any major trouble with that. The rooms are nice and clean, though some have no view. The location is so convenient. It's just around the corner from Taipei Main Station. I've never had a bad experience there.

The location is at the junction of all the major transport networks in Taipei, making it easy to get anywhere. The staff doesn't speak English all that well. I was meeting a friend at this hotel and even though I informed the front desk of this, and said my friend might already have checked in, they put me in a different room. The corrected the mistake […] after about a half hour. The beds were a little hard and the decor needs to be updated; the breakfast buffet was typical for Taiwan. Good location and near the MRT, HRT and also walking distance to bus station to airport. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The room is quiet with LCD TV with many channels. The hotel is very convenient, right next to subway, main train station and high speed train station. Hallway has strong mildew smell. We had a fire one night from maintenance's elevator. The fire alarm went off, but the floor manager told us to stay in our room and not to worry. We were on 16th floor, and after 10 mins. decided to go down. We can even […] smelled the burn. If you prize convenience then this hotel is recommended. The airport bus' last stop is behind the hotel, and the bus station back to the airport is 5 mins walk away. Being the main train station, you can catch all the trains or buses to other cities, or the excellent and cheap subway around town. 部屋はリニューアルしてあり、それなりに使えます。ワイフとツイン部屋を利用したが、ベッド部屋にTV、隣にソファーとTVがある広い部屋でした。建物が古いので、少し臭います。

デラックスツインのお部屋でしたが、こじんまりと落ち着きがあり、快適でした。歓迎されている雰囲気が伝わってきました。そしてスタッフの対応は緊張しすぎず、温かみがあり、無駄もなく一流だなぁと思いました。駅から近くお安く泊まれるホテルですが、大変満足しました。

クチコミ通りとても良いホテルでした。 駅からもすぐ（M3出口）ですし、コンビニも近い。 何よりスタッフの方が親切です。夜10時過ぎに、今からマッサージしてもらえる所はないか？というリクエストにもすぐ調べてくださり、このお店でしたらまだ営業していますと案内してくれ、そこで良いですというと、予約してくれそこの店の方がロビーまで迎えにきてくれました。迎えの車が、ホテル前に着くと、ベルボーイの方がマッサージをご予約のお客様ですか？とすぐ私のところへ来て、車まで案内してくれました。その後、１２時過ぎにホテルへ戻って来たときも、掃き掃除をしており、私に気づくと笑顔でドアを開けてくれました。とても感じが良かったです。 また、次回も必ず泊まります。

前回泊まった時よりかなり宿泊料金が安かったので利用したら、窓が無い内側のかなり狭い部屋だった。（今回４度目の利用ですがこんな部屋があるとは知らず・・・）スーツケースは2個同時に開けず微妙でした。立地は申し分ないので次回も利用したいのですが、部屋のタイプは事前に確認したほうが良いと思います。コンビニはホテルから30秒のところのセブンイレブンがあり便利です。
