The Grace Hotel - 新德里

Very spacious, comfortable, with good amenities, only thing was the towels and the bedsheets were not very new...appeared clean but very old they need to change it ...good hotel for overnight stay....

NOT A GOOD STAY.

Decent hotel. Resturant was closed but they offered room service. The roomservice boy woke us up at 01am to get the trays. Not what you want when your going travelling the next day. It had warm water and was semi clean.

We stayed at the Grace hotel New Delhi for a night on a tour of Agra-Delhi just for one night, did not want to spend a fortune. But, all we needed basic amenities and clean room. And the grace hotel was the perfect choice. I love to sleep & i was really tired, bed was really comfortable, their was no external uneven sound. thinks get sort out easily if any problem.. clean laundry. will come again. but no buffet breakfast. that was fine. thanks guys. will come again

A typical modern Indian Business Hotel, nicely decorated and big and modern designed rooms, but if you are not local and do not understand their view of cleanlyness, it is not the right choice. Bed sheets are changed but due to bad washing conditons they look very dirty. Anyway it is very difficult to keep the property without dust, as the road where […] it is located is very dusty. Do not stay here! This hotel is disgusting. The floors were dirty and dusty, there was no toilet paper provided and they dont provide clean linen. The pillow was caseless and gray from the dirty use. The bed sheets were stained and gray, evident of not being washed. If you are like me, you are probably looking at The Grace Hotel because you want to find an affordable room for a layover close to the Delhi Airport. In this sense you have found a sufficient place. However, do not be fooled into thinking that you are getting a bargain. Todo el personal, especialmente los chicos de la recepción muy, muy amables y solícitos pero fallan en limpieza de las habitaciones y en especial los baños necesitan una limpieza profunda y una cortina para la ducha pues se inunda todo el baño cada vez que te bañas y no hay como escurrirlo. No usé las toallas pues su aspecto era percudido y mal lavado. El […] desayuno incluido siempre estuvo incompleto y no hay forma de que entiendan qué es un huevo frito.
