"The place is really good"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月18日留下評價Very close to Metro Sol, and the room is clean. I usually went back late without any problem. Totally safe. Actually everything is good on average. The only thing I don't like is no independent bathroom for my room and made me a little bit inconvenient for sharing bathroom.

Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月05日留下評價Nice hotel and good location. A bit disappointed as we need to pay 12 Euro for 1 day WI-FI. When we booked the room via hotels.com it is saying free WI-FI. We found out the next day at the lobby WI-FI is free. They should tell us when we asked why they charge 12 Euro for WI-FI. Also, the minibar is not free anymore. The reception said it is no longer free since Dec/1. Why they didnot update the information? even the hotel book inside our room said it is free.

"Bueno para ser hostal"
Excelente ubicacion, detras de la calle del Congreso y a un par de cuadras de la calle de Alcala y la glorieta las Cibeles. Él personal del hotel es amabilisimo, lo únicomalo es en realidad que hay que subir escaleras para llegar al hotel y no hay ascensor. Los baños son viejos.Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
