Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年03月26日留下評價离市区有点远，出去库塔要15分钟车程，酒店有免费去市区的巴士，但没有回程的，出入有点不方便，服务质量不错，服务人员都蛮友好的，就是入住的第一天要交押金，退房的时候会给回你的，房间整洁度不错，里面没什么景观可以看，早餐是自助的可以选择的比较小，就是麦片和面包，还有炒饭炒粉，但总体的性价比还是有的，是公寓式酒店来的，比较适合商务人士住，wifi信号蛮强的

everything was fine in the hotel, nice pool, nice people. Rooms were very dirty. they cleaned the rooms every day.. really they came in and sprayt some cleaningspray only. floors were so dirty that you cant walk there with bare feets or socks, if you do, your feets are totally black. only with slippers. They didnt cleaned the full carpage, or our dine […] in room plates. probably we slept 10 days with same sheets in the bed. everything else was really nice. the location is 2 minutes from shopping mall and 15 minutes from beach, but the cleaning was big disappointment, so i cant recomment this hotel. 詳情

Rooms were comfortable and very clean, location was good in South Kuta near Waterbom Park, about a 2 minute walk to Kuta Centro, or 3 minutes to Kuta Square. Rooms were a good size, and nice large pool, with excellent fitness centre (which we did not find until last day). The main drawbacks were the room service came knocking very early, and the trolley […] they used rattled and hummed at about 0700am while being pushed passed your room. Rooms have recently been painted and have good air conditioning, but the front of the rooms are less than effective for noise reduction, any activity outside such as people at the pool, people walking past, the band playing until 11:00pm, etc., is heard clearly in the room, if your a light sleeper, forget it. The layout of a long line of rooms on either side with the pool in the middle makes for a echo or noise amplifier effect. Won't be staying there again. 詳情
