We wanted to escape and have relaxing Xmas as I just had a baby and it was her first Xmas. Highly recommend. Though reception staff were not that friendly and slow. 2 lifts were out of service for a day which was not good, waited 30in to get io to our floor 39th! Crazy. Would stay again. Been to surfers paradise 6 times but our stay at the Hilton was something different. If you enjoy 5 star service, 5 star rooms annnd 5 star location DONT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! I never write reviews but felt that I had to share my experience. Ive recommended the hilton to friend and family and when I return wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We love staying at The Hilton Gold Coast everything about this hotel we love from the service to the smell of the hotel. The only thing that let us down this time was that a few lifts were out of service not a good time to have that many lifts out especially during peak season. Apart from that, Well be back - Love this Hotel!!

We stayed in 2 bedroom residence which was great and very new. The hotel was a close walk to the beach and it also had 4 pools. The apartments also had room service which was a plus as this is not a standard option for apartments. The staff were mostly young and friendly too.

Generally quite disappointing. No service as expected by the Hilton Hotel. Reception was unfriendly. Consierge was normally absent, but when present could not give the information required. Will give a plus for the pool area, witch was children friendly, and the staff service minded.

Absolutely fabulous in every way. Beautiful views, spotless apartment, central location and the friendliest and most helpful staff i've ever come across. Highly recommended. Can't wait to return!!!

receptionist was a little rude at first until i commented on her rudeness, a 360 degree change to being polite was made - impress. when we first got to our 3 bedroom residential apartments, the view was immaculate. housekeeping every single day without fail to replace and clean up meticulously. Facilities was fantastic (especially the private movie […] theatre that was available). The pool area was beautiful with BBQ areas that u can draw curtains to remain a little more discreet. Gym equipments were fairly decent. Located right in the middle of surfers. it was just perfect... great spot of late night kebabs, clubbing or just a stroll to the beach. Valet parking is fairly decent although it seemed like they weren't too happy with the fact they had to park and bring out the cars too many times a day for us. we didn dine in the hotel so cant comment much on that. All in all i have to say that it was a wonderful experience, fantastic place to have a holiday. wouldn have a reason to why one shouldn visit Hilton at surfers paradise. OH not to mention the apartments were very cosy, without a stale office feeling like the Hilton in brisbane cbd. 詳情

The hotel is amazing! The staff are really friendly, the parking system is simple and location is fabulous. We stayed in an apartment in the residential tower - the rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. I am definitely staying here again!

Conveniently close to Surfers Paradise beach, and the kids loved it. No problems with food and groceries, since Cavill Ave and Woolworth's is right beside the corner. The hotel next door is still under construction, so be prepared to see some scaffoldings, not that it bothered me too much.

I gave our room five stars for comfort and cleanliness but this hotel is sadly let down by the street noise. We checked in to a level 6 room only to be woken by building noises at 6.30am. We complained to management who were very understanding as the hotel is still being finished. They put us on the top floor level 32. This was a better room with a […] better view which I expected as we paid top price. We could not here building in this room but could very clearly hear all the partying going on in the surrounding night clubs and streets until the wee hours of the morning. The convenience of this hotel is great but I would give that up for a good night sleep. 詳情

I stayed at the Hilton Residences in Surfers Paradise in April 2011 in a 2 bed apartment. The location is fabulous, right in the middle of everything in Surfers and really close to the beach. The apartments are modern with great amenities, the balconies give wonderful views out to the beach and sea. Our stay at Hilton Surfers Paradise was great - the only minor issue was that the matress was a bit too softt. Else than that, everything perfect!

　ロビーは豪華ではありませんが、近代的なクールビューティで、新しく綺麗でした。 部屋は町の景色が見える方なので夜景がきれいでしたが、反対側は別棟から丸見えではないかと思います。ホテル棟の下のクラブが毎晩うるさく、泊まった部屋によっては印象が変わると思います。部屋の設備は万全で文句はありません。

日本から年末年始の休暇で１週間、２部屋、計９人で宿泊しました。 日本からゴールドコースト空港に到着するのは早朝で、ホテルのチェックインまでには約８時間もあります。小学生や幼児もいたのでアーリーチェックインして休ませたかったのですが、宿泊客が多く、清掃が済んでいないという理由で６時間もロビーで待たされました。半日損した気分でした。 近隣はまだ空いているテナントも多く、もう１，２年してからですかね、本当の審査ができるのは。 部屋は評判通り広く快適で、利便性も良かったです。 ただ、ひと部屋に肉の焦げた匂いが最初からしみついていたため、その部屋はベッドルームやバスしか使いませんでした。家具がすでに壊れているところも散見され、日本のヒルトンのイメージとはずいぶん異なります。
