Good customer service provided by staff, but be aware of hotel descriptions on websites other than the hotel directly. Very misleading on the quality and size/features of the room we booked for four people. Very close for comfort so luckily we were family. Close to great attractions but in-room service is extremely limited (tea/coffee/towels/face clothes/toilet […] paper). There is NO balcony in any of the rooms, as stated in the description. It's on the top floor and not recommended for value. Expensive place to stat for what you actually get. 詳情

While the hotel location was OK if you were walking or taking public transit (both Paddy's market and Darling Harbour are within a 15 minute walk), we had hired a car, and needed to purchase parking from the Hotel. What Posh offers for a car park is less than optimal... We experienced a garage located a few blocks from the hotel, a single garage door […] opener that you had to ask for at the reception every time you wanted to take your car out (and return before driving away), and a tight garage that turned out to be shared by local contractors, who blocked our car in with their trucks on the day we were trying to rush to the airport. The fact that the reception desk wasn't always manned was also frustrating, as this meant that we had to rummage through their desk drawers to find the garage door opener ourselves! But Posh isn't all that bad... while the bed comforter really could have used a good washing, the room itself was nice and clean, and the overall hotel was quite quiet even though it was fully booked. The shared washrooms while relatively clean, were quite cramped, however. 詳情

i made a mistake of booking this hotel, never again, its a hostel not a hotel. I had an ensuite, but adjoining rooms didnt, so early morning and late night showers, communial tv and lounge outside my door...

My room was not cleaned once in the entire week. The room charge included free WIFI but the connection was so bad I was not able to use it. And although I complained about it, they didn't do anything to fix it. Remote control for the TV was missing in my room.

Pictures displayed on hotels website were misleading, our rooms were not cleaned which was included in the service, bathroom was the size of a toilet, one of the beds had a bed base as a mattress, there were no covers on the bed covers instead they folded sheets over the covers which was the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen, the fridge smelt like […] vomit an the shared facilities were disgusting. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Hotel was secure. Had to enter pin code to unlock front door. Conveniently located near bus and rail station. Staff advised of free bus #555 which loops around town. (*Stops running at 3pm.) Hotel room clean and bed very comfortable!

A pleasant and clean hotel with well spoken staff only too willing to help you with any question. It is well located to Art Galleries, coffee shops, UTS etc and a well priced place to stay. I will be back. Anna

We're so satisfied with this hotel's condition. And also quite good located just near city. I would visit this hotel again.

Great location. Easy to find. Helpful and friendly staff. Shared bathrooms were clean but would prefer it in the room

A friend and myself stayed at this hotel over the weekend and loved it. The rooms are huge and so so lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable and the staff wee great. And was in the perfect location. We will definitely be returning. I recommend this place to everyone
