"The Cliff House in early May"
We arrived on a Friday night & the front desk staff were really friendly. We chatted for a bit & they informed us that there was a bar in our building if we wanted drinks. We thanked them & headed to our room. The room was a great size & the view was FANTASTIC! We headed down to the bar around 10 and there weren't a lot of people there. The bartender […] was really nice & we enjoyed that experience. The bed was old & anytime we made ANY moves it would make a horrible noise and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. We went to the lounge on Saturday and the service started out good. We ordered our drinks and some apps. Our food was brought out by a different server & we never saw our server until 20 minutes later when we were sitting there with empty glasses and plates. The lobster quesadillas were FANTASTIC! We ended up ordering room service because we were not happy with the service in the lounge. The food came & it was just ok. Nothing to rave about. Overall, our experience was good. "Amazing Views"
My girlfriend and I stayed for the weekend and loved it. Very close to shops and restaurants (try MC's at Perkins Cove) and I recommend getting a hot stone massage at the spa...and then grab a drink at the poolside bar...Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Not that high-end but you'll pay anyway"
The view of the ocean and the cliff is great but the room has all the charm of a motel and we stayed in the "best" room: a king with oceanfront view and a private balcony. No bellhop service although the trip to the room involved a complicated route to the next building and a down flight of stairs, no room presentation, no housekeeping. No "famous chocolates." […] Plants tipped over and sofa cushions tipped up in abandoned "library", obnoxious cellphone use ( on speaker for all to hear) by the ocean terrace, enormous overweight adults by the pool, an elderly woman doing the facials with limited skills and lousy hands. A LONG wait for dinner in the noisy bar-lounge with "Jersey Shore" young people loudly yucking it up. If you like oversized guests and oversized drinks-this place is for you!
