我在这个地方住了两个晚上，觉得他们的服务态度非常恶劣。刚去到中午12时，接待处无人在，只留了电话在门外，打电话去问，服务员说她在清理房间，要我一个小时後再来。进了房间，发觉房门有问题，不能锁好。服务员说当天是假期，很难找到人来修理，她叫我不用锁门，说这里没人会偷东西的。那我唯有自已尝试去修一下，最後我终於可以锁好门外出了。到晚上回来门也有点问题，晚上当值的服务生就在骂，说锁是好的，问我在弄什麽。浴室内没有浴巾，我出去问她要，她问我为什麽自己不带来，最後说可以提供，但说不会是很卫生的。第二天外出回来已是晚上，发觉房间内没有整理过。那我就问服务员，她就说这家酒店不设每天整理的。说如果每个房间每天都整理，她们会很辛苦的。她只能给我更换过浴巾。再问他要牙膏，她就说昨天已给了。多问她才好不愿意找一支出 […] 来给我。回头再问他借个转换电插头，她就说我很麻烦，要我手写一张纸间她借。这个酒店的地点是很便捷，价钱也平宜。可是她们的服务态度太差劲了，就算不用钱也真的不想再去了。 詳情

夏威夷房、冰島房這一棟無線網路故障已久，須趕快改進。

很便宜的價格 但真的很小 適合背包客 不適合家庭 這個價格算沒有很差 但我應該不會再住了吧！

房間真的有點小,但是很乾淨, 唯二的缺點: 晚上太冷沒辦法加一件被子 不能寄放行李,因為不是隨時櫃台都有人在

1.床單很髒,有其他人的毛髮在上面,要求更換,一直被念. 2.沒有無線網路,電視頻道少 3.沒吹風機 4.沒提供毛巾 5.服務態度差

冬天棉被應該換溫暖一點的。現有棉被不保暖。

和好友小旅行 選擇住香港領事酒店 沒想到地鐡佐敦一出站後 即可到逹 讓每天出遊疲憊的我們可以很快速的到逹酒店休息, 價格便宜、交通便利又很清潔, 香港旅行首推! PS. 請勿嫌棄房間小,因為香港的房子地價高很多房子都很小,小而精巧才是重要的!

很小,單人房只有床廁所,完全沒有空間讓你放東西,但總體來說方便且乾淨,尤其尖沙嘴整區都在步行範圍內,服務人員態度不錯,左敦站就在幾步範圍內,附近都是夜總會,出入人員卻不是很複雜,入口有警衛,只有上倰後的樓梯間需自行注意安全,女生可以略為考量!因為只是去拜訪朋友,以後還會常去,價錢和方便性考量下,很划算,所以下次去還會再住!如果你平常是跟團且都住真正飯店的人,那你可能會嚇到,但平常常背包旅行的人便算是不錯的住宿!

廁所裡面的排水孔,堵住的很嚴重,洗澡後浴室的水會跑到外面來,浴室門無法全部關閉,飯店的服務人員,除了白天的阿姨人好之外,晚上的服務人員都擺臭臉,跟他反應問題都是要理不理的!要入住前請先三思或者要做好心理準備!(我住了六晚) 除了痛苦還是痛苦

I liked the atmosphere there very well decorated and comfortable of the room, although it was crowded. But this is Hong Kong style. The staff was very nice. Near the hostel you could easily buy food (McDonald &KFC) and transport (MTR, BUS) was nearby too. Great for a budget trip to Hong Kong. I will stay here again!

ts really a guest-house and not a hotel unlike the name indicates. I will say this upfront. The rooms across the street from the embassy hotel's front desk are much cleaner than the ones contained in their little front-desk office. The bedding sucked, but the air-conditioner worked well. The bath room was clean enough, but the hot water goes fast if […] you like hot showers. Remember to flip the hot water switch first or you will just have cold water. I suggest you just take warm showers so it can last for two people. Nobody there can speak english, and its normally just one person working. Also they don't have towels, so bring your own. I don't think I will be staying there again. In that building there are many guest-house business's and I would like to inspect more of them. I think I can find a place that tries harder for the same price. I can say that if everyone else is booked up, especially during the trade fairs, you can just rent embassy and come prepared. 詳情

Staying in Embassy Service Apt was really cosy and comfortable as the toilet is really clean. However the service of the reception by 1 old man was so so so so lousy and very impatient. Overall is just average. Good for those people who is gg for short holiday.

Like most of the hostels in Hong Kong, it's tiny and less modern... but it's clean after all. You can't complain the location as it's just like 3 minutes away from the subway... good for budget travelers.

The rooms are just barely large enough for the bed, with no more than 50 cms free in front of the bed, barely enough for the luggage. Otherwise, the room was reasonably clean, the bed was confortable and it was reasonably silent. The personal was nice, but their english was very limited.

Places in HK can be really small. But with this price I think this place is a great choice! The location is great, very clean and new, and the service is good. I will come back next time!

Location is superb with easy access to airport, mtr and bus services. However, the room looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long time. Dust could be seen everywhere. Luckily, the bathroom was very clean. Another complaint is that the mattresses were still wrapped in plastic sheets, making sleep uncomfortable! I was put @ the so called Italy room..The bathroom is about 12 ft x 6 ft including the bath-room of about 6 ft x 4 ft . As the water drain was plugged n you can imagine the water from the shower could hardly drain out if not overthrown to the bed-side.

The Taxi driver left us at the kerb telling us that the Hotel was on the second floor. In the "lobby" the security man told us to press 3 when we got in the lift ,(there was only enough room for the two of us and our bags.When we got upstairs the person who eventually answered the door to us, brought us in to a hallway of about 4ft wide, she could not […] speak english and could not find the booking which resulted in her having to ring the manager and me speaking to him. After some discussion between both of them and me having to fill out a new booking form, she indicated that everything was fine and she would take us to the room. Another assistant came and she put on her coat and he told us that we were going to another building 5mins walk away, i was not impressed at this stage because I was already tired and was not looking forward to lugging my case around again. As it turned out the building was just across the road and the lift was bigger than the one in the previous building. Again she took us into a small hallway with 5 door's off of it, ours was the third one which said BB on the door. Inside the room was about 6ft wide by about 9ft long with two small single beds and about 6ins between them. the room was decorated with baby faces and clothes all over the walls, I have no idea what that was about. It did not look anything like the pictures on the website. There were no wardrobes or anywhere to put the cases. There wasn't even room for them. The toilet and shower was all the one and when you had a shower the toilet got wet as well. There was adequate air conditioning in the room but no window. The beds were comfortable though it was difficult to get in and out of them as there was such little space between them, and they were very low to the floor. The hotel was convenient to Kowloon Park which is a lovely park plenty to see and do there and there is a short cut to Hong kong city through it.It is also close to the night markets and near to Jordan rail station. The receptionist did not speak english and the shower did not have hot water! And when I was leaving, they weren't give me back the money of the deposit! Never come back! Terrible service and cleanliness

I read the reviews and stayed here based on the cost. It is a great location, the room was compact but satifactory unless you are over 6 foot as the beds are short. Cleanliness could be better, but not dreadful. Staff spoke little english but were very helpful. Yes HK $100 kkey diposit, but got that back at checkout. Air con excellent, noise levels […] not noticable and the shower temperature problem is if you have turned the electrics off - just ask! Yes shower tray floods and plumbing can be noisy but no drama. Great value in a great city. Chill out in Kowloon Park just down the road - a nice oasis of calm. 詳情

All of the featurea sated on the file are all false statement. When we get there the lady asked us to go to another place to pick the key. then when cameback she asked us to wait for another hour coz she hasnt cleaned the room yet. The room was messy we cannot move the bed its like your encarcerated. No tv no wifi. You cannot ask her coz shes cannot […] respond in english. concierge??? There is no such word in this freakin place. The place when you get of the hotel are all gangster and would not have the chance to leave ur place late coz of the neighborhood. I have learned my lesson. I should not be attracted of the features and parameters stated. I do not recomend this place. As previous reviews we had read stated, rooms are small and the staff have little to no english. That being said, the location couldn't be better. Walking distance to metro, malls and street stalls with excellent food on offer. The cons-Very disorientating not having a window in the room and the shower flooded the bedroom floor if left on for more than 5 mins. Linen didn't seem clean and again, rooms very small. I stayed here for 3 nights. The first night I got there, I found a used towel hung over my bed. Also, I found two hairs on the comforter which don't belong to me. I only slept for 2 hours the first night for the flea constantly biting me. The 2nd day, I was expecting them to change my bed sheet. When I came back at 3pm, nothing in the room was changed. […] I called the service and asked them to change it. When I came back again at 7pm, STILL nothing was changed. So I called again. This time, the lady showed up in one hour, feeling so annoyed by me. She only handed me the towel. No bed sheet change, no throwing the trash, no new soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste...By the way, they don't have facial moisturizer, cleanser, and conditioner. During my three-night stay, except for changing my towel once, they didn't change anything in my room. I have to put up with one tiny tooth paste, which was supposed to be used up in one day, for 3 days!!!! According to the lady, they are not supposed to change the bed sheet. And they only change the towel every two days. She didn't mention the soap stuff. But according to my experience, they didn't change them at all during my three-night stay. I only slept for at most 3 hours the 2nd night because of fleas. And I had an exam to go the next morning!!!! The 3rd night, I flipped the bed sheet. The flea problem got better. I slept for almost 4 hours. In the morning, I quickly packed everything and got myself out of this hell. My room is very tiny. When I sit on the bed, stretching my legs, I can reach the wall. My room is so different from the picture showed here, in a bad way. There is a small window in my room. But you can only open it for a centimeter or two. When your neighbor cook or maybe flush the toilet, your room can get very smelly. Even if you close the window, you can still smell it. Anyway this is the worst hotel ever from my experience. This place was awful, I had a horrible stay. The room was super small, barely any space even for luggage. The beds were tiny and short. There was one window facing some dark place in the middle of the buildings, so there was no day light. The bed linen were dirty and I wonder if they were changed... OK, it's not for everyone since the room is small. But it has its own bathroom and it's clean. The location is only a minute away from MTR and lots of food at night at the near night market. They also provide you with fresh towel every couple of days and they give you free Wi-Fi. Would come here again.

The using of water taps (in showers) from the neighours create a hell of a noise. That affect our sleep in the nite & early mornings. The rooms are not daily cleaned, esp the toilet bowls & replacement of bath soaps. However, the location of the hotel is very convenient to the Jordan MTR station as well as Airport Bus to the Airport.

it was amazing.. cuz too small rooms. i've been Thailand, Indonesia and Australia. this hotel is worst one ever. but staff was good and location is also good, too. if i will go to Hong Kong again. maybe i will choose the other hotel or hostel.
