"Nice Hotel. Expensive. Not International"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月28日留下評價Nice, clean, well decorated Hotel. However staff do not speak good english. I had big trouble in checking in as they refused to give me the 'TWO BEDROOMS' suite which i have booked and clearly stated on the booking confirmation. I was told the price I was paying was only for ' TWO BEDS'. That wasted me 2 hours and i couldn't get my room until my lawyer calling the hotel manager. As a frequet traveller, I could say that the guest relations of this hotel is not meeting the international standard while the price is certainly a 5 star price. Anyhow, the hotel is nice with a well equipped open kitchen in each room. Friendly staff and a safe neighbourhood. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping malls are within 10 mins drive.

"At your own risk"
I was over charge and you would not never known it was a hotel until you walk in the door , I did not feel safe there at all, I paid for one night and was charge for 2 nights, the shuttle was not free at all, at night nothing kept hitting the walls it was not a good experience, but I made it and that is what I am thankful the most.Expedia 旅客真實的評價

"nice stay, cheap and clean"

Serviu para aguardar a conexão no aeroporto de guarulhos. O transfer aeroporto/hotel/aeroporto funcionou bem e foi organizado. Ruim. Cheguei muito tarde e saí muito cedo. O recepcionista não me acordou na hora solicitada. Disse que o tel. do meu quarto estava com defeito. Não pude pegar o shuttle para o aeroporto pois o das 6:10 estava lotado. Peguei o das 7:10 e chegeui um pouco tarde para o voo. Na verdade, vindo de Bauru/SP, em ônibus fretado, hospedei-me no hotel Mônaco, devido o mesmo ser próximo do Rotary Club de Guarulhos, onde compareci na noite do dia 2/12, para a realização de cerimônia de Bodas de Prata de um casal super amigo, juntamente com mais 28 pessoas, todas parentes do casal, que se acomodaram em casas de seus respectivos parentes, […] moradores em Guarulhos. Fiquei decepcionado com as instalações ao realizar o checl in. Quando realizei a reserva on line imaginei uma coisa, mas ao chegar ví que havia me equivocado. O elevador não funcionava, no apto a janela não fechava direito o que provocava a entreda de barulho e vento. A própria instalação do ar condicionado tem falhas na vedação. O frigobar tem vazamento […] e ficava pingando, luzes que não funcionam, a toneiira do banheiro não fechava direito e o suporte para papel higiênico estava quebrado. São pequenas coisas, mas que desagradam. Só não fui em busca de outro hotel por estar muito cansado. A educação dos funcionários amenirazam o descontentamento. 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
