Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月26日留下評價私人泳池很好,環境舒適,客房,㕑房,客廳空間很大,還可向酒店預定燒烤爐在池邊燒烤(食物自備),附近無大型購物點,步行五分鐘有小店售飲料零食,去海灘要約步行二十分鐘,海灘有不錯的餐廳及酒吧亦有按摩店,酒店一天只有三班車來往海灘及市區,較為不便,自駕晚上沿路路燈不足,但如想離開市區好好休息,這酒店是非常好的選擇!

"價廉物美"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年02月25日留下評價新年出發去旅行, 機票及酒店十分之費. 基於budget 有限, 我地決定選擇Casa Del M hotel 廉價酒店. 因為地方十分近巴東海灘, 行路大約30分鐘左右到達海灘。酒店設有車去巴東海灘附近，只有由酒店出發那程, 回程車沒有。酒店位於山上, 要經過村屋小路才能到達酒店。房間有兩個景觀, 一邊內園景望泳池，另一邊望巴東海灘。我們十分之好彩, 被安排入住望巴東海灘的房間, 每晚可以出露台望著海灘休息。房間尚算整潔，不提供牙刷，一般沐浴用品都有提供。酒店內亦設有按摩商店，入住客人可穫折扣按摩可以一試。酒店整體滿意，只有一少少美中不足;我們到餐廳取坐位食早餐的時候，服務員態度不有善。之後發現自助餐食物中, 只用中文字寫明 "不要一次取得太多，被免浪費食品", 並沒有用英文或泰文提點。可能太多同袍到入住此酒店，令餐廳的服務員留下不好印像。

"Basic, but for a good price"

"If you love flies, this hotel is for you!"
This hotel was disappointing. The rooms are big, but not that clean. (Didn't look like the pictures-perhaps we just got a bad one). There are only 9 channels of television, and only one is in English. The main issue with the hotel is the flies!! They were everywhere. In the room, by the pool, in the restaurant. We had to go to a property next door to […] have dinner to escape. The staff was friendly enough, and they try hard, but the service quality wasn't that great. And it is very remote, which is good is you plan to stay at the resort the whole time but not so great if you want to see the main Phuket attractions. "Unfinished hotel with poor service and bad food."
Throughout our two weeks in Phuket we never had a bad meal - until we stayed here. (This includes street food, food stalls, and restaurants.) The resort ran out of money before it finished construction, so there is rubble around, open and unmarked holes with wires in them by the pool, and the staff burn trash and construction materials during the day […] in the middle of the resort. (Big fire, near propane tanks, lots of smoke and obviously, bad smelling.) We passed on the included breakfast, because lunch was horrible and the buffet looked bad. The rooms are water damaged and worn with stains and mold. The staff do not speak English and outright lied to us when we expressed our dissatisfaction and inquired about getting out of our reservation. We were expecting a resort similar to the Renaissance, because we paid more to stay there earlier in our trip. This resort is comparable to a US Motel 8, so if you pay those rates, meh.
