The staff were friendly and the services was fast. The room was clean with recent upgrades. The pool was well kept and clean. The in room features included a refrigerator, hair dryer, sofa with table, and flat screen TV. I've paid much more for about the same. "out of the way of paducah"
at first I thought, oh God my room is right off the highway but as I slept soundly through the night it turned out that wasn't a big deal. I forgot to factor that this is rural KY and well - everybody goes to sleep and traffic dies down fairly early. There are many options for food in walking distance and the hotel provides hot coffee and pastries which […] was all I needed. The staff was very warm and the room was very comfortable. "Not EVER again!"
We ended up cancelling our reservation when we arrived because of cleanliness issues. The room we were given had full trash cans and urine on the toilet seat. The room had not been cleaned. Then we were given another room and the bed linens were stained and dirty and the kicker, there was an envelope with a note on the table from the maid: it read, […] "if you like good housekeeping, leave a tip."
