The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, 10 minute walk from Ambelokipi tube station, safe area, close to a... supermarket and a few places to eat. The room itself was very disappointing, the carpet had holes in it and so did the sheets, but it was relatively clean. Shower not great and TV very small with only MTV Greece as English speaking channel. The 1 great thing was the enormous balcony. The location is easy to find. The staff are extremely very nice, helpful and friendly. The room is beautiful and the toilet is clean. The wifi is working effectively. The breakfast is so delicious and abundant and like lunch. Overall, this hotel is perfert.

Location is excellent, just 5 min walk from the Syntagma Square, so it is quite easy to be found after getting off from X95 at the last stop. Other major Athens tourist spots are within walking distance. Comfortable and clean room. And staff are helpful (tho they may not be able to answer all traveling questions). Overall speaking, it was a very good experience staying with this hotel.

Just 2 streets and you will see the difference. The hotel is good and staff are helpful. From the outlook, you can't relearize it is a hotel. A small entrance. A lot of hardware and household stores around. Good to know the daily life of Greek.

In general, the hotel is very good. However, I could not swim there as the indoor swimming pool was too cold. Also the sauna seems to be unattained, I was a bit pity that I could use these two facilities.

This was our last evening on Greece soil. Decided to treat us with something special and booked almost double on price for accomodation. Firstly the hotel is not 300m from the trainstation, difficult to find. We asked for smoke free rooms but received smoking gass chambers. This was the worse place we stayed in the 14 days in Greece.
