My two concerns this trip centered around not being given the correct tier room that I reserved and put into one that smelled extremely foul do to smoke. Very poor.! had booked a delux room 1st room offered didn't have wifi. It also didn't match the description on your website - there was no fridge in the room. Was moved to a "super" delux room with a fridge - immediate reaction was a fouls smell in the room , porters told me to open the window and it would be ok! the bathroom floor was constantly wet […] from a leaking tap. I as too tired to argue and having the fan on eased the smell so just went to sleep. Was woken in the morning at 8am with an army of builders banging away knocking down walls - was quite shocked as there had been no warning of this - this went on all day - I finally enquired at 6.30pm and was told "it won't be for much longer now" ! Banging finally stopped at 7.15pm and then the clearing up went on all evening with a trail of builders carting the rubble through the corridors. I understand that refurbishments have to be done but am appaled that there was no warning or explanation for this disruption. On the whole the staff were friendly with fixed smiles but not much help. 詳情

It is a good hotel fir a budget hotel featuring good finishing and services. The breakfast area, though could be improved. Overall a great budget hotel..and good value for the money

A nice hotel, a bit paperthin doors, but that was the case everywhere we went. This one no worse than any in this pricerange. Nice breakfast, a lot better than any of the five others we stayed in around Rajastan. Recommended, even if I never got my shirt back from the hotels laundry service...

The street noise was way too high, and most of that noise was dogs barking. I thought I wanted nothing more than for the dogs to shut up, until they actually did. I hadn't realized that the dogs were masking the incessant Kenny G music playing in the corridor. I wanted the dogs back. The walls were extremely thin -- I could also hear the neighbors […] walking around and entering and exiting their rooms. No hot water, but that is fairly typical. Bathroom was a toilet / shower combo thing, so if you don't like that, then look elsewhere. Also, the towels were very old and scratchy. Hotel is on a busy street not too far from most things. Realize that as a westerner, you are not walking anywhere unless you like beggers, hustlers and the smell of urine. Don't expect hand towels and other amenities. Don't believe free internet or much else. It is still pretty cheap. Oh, and beware of the in-situ showers. This place is in the Paharganj locality with lots of other hotels in the neighbourhood. Naturally there is a good deal of healthy competition among these hotels. The hotel Grand Godwin is located in the busy area Ram Nagar close to the New Delhi trainstation and the grand bazar. The room was spacious with all the comfort, modern furniture and clean. Two rooms are right beside the reception. The disadvantage was to have no daylight but therefor double protection from the noise on the street.

Top ratings in every category for a reason. They seem to want my business. Being remembered by name after having only stayed on two previous occasions is fantastic. The rooms are basic and comfortable but just a step above the rest. Very quiet too. Staff is very willing and able. Nice place to call home away from home.

As long as you are forewarned that the neighborhood is not too nice, you will love this place. I didn't mind the location but I can certainly see how others would find it a bit disconcerting. Having stayed in a couple of 3star hotels in India and given the price of 4star hotels in the location I was expecting a dungeon 2.5 star hotel at that price but I was pleasantly surprised. There are hundreds of hotels in this location and they are all competing for business so trying to outdo each other. For what you pay you get a great room with swipe […] card, coffee maker, flat screen TV and decent bed. There was no window in my room which is a setback. Can be noisy at times. Even had complimentary breakfast which wasn't as impressive as 4 or 5 stars but great for what you pay. Nicer touches such as drinks on arrival, complimentary baggage storage and the vicinity to New Delhi train station makes it a winner. I didn't try other hotels in this area but I was happy with this one. My shower wasn't working and it took several requests to finally get it fixed, otherwise nothing negative. 1) they only do airport pickup! (it says shuttle, but is only pickup) so if you are going home, don't bother taking the package with 'shuttle' 2) we checked in early (8 am) after our train arrived. During check in they did not mention it anything about paying more for this 'service'. But while checking out the next day at noon (final check out time), […] they showed us that if checked in before 12, the check out time should be max 24 hours after that.... And that we would have the pay half a days price. We stood on our stripes and said that they should have told us during check in. So luckily they didn't charged us. But still, keep it in mind! Jag är mycket nöjd med min vistelse på hotellet! Det var ett fräscht ställe med trevligt rum med tv & behagliga sängar - badrummet var också rymligt. På taket finns takrestaurang (som behöver ett ansiktslyft) och här serverades god frukostbuffe på mornarna. Personalen var tillmötesgående och trevliga att ha och göra med! Här bor jag gärna igen!!!

Nous avons trouve une grande desinvolture a l accueil,voire de la grossierete surtout a notre deuxieme passage a l hotel un mois apres.Les autres employes que ceux de l accueil sont sympathiques et serviables mais le premier contact est reellement mauvais.

Pas le meilleur ni le pire, mais très bruyant (surtout sous la terrasse). Leur service touristique est plutôt efficace, mais assez cher et à négocier sans hésiter. Le petit déjeuner est à oublier.

bon rapport qualite/prix pour Delhi. Proche quartier Bazar. Restaurant correct et peu cher. Petit dejeuner tres correct. Reception pas toujours a la hauteur. Draps douteux Pas de frigidaire. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte. Chambres de taille moyenne et un peu bruyante sur le devant.

J'ai séjourné 8 jours a cet hotel, bon rapport, un peu bruillant, internet très lent, mais personnel au petit soin.

Très bon hotel sur tout les plans. Attention ne pas se fier au prix afficher pour les chambres! Ne pas acheter ticket de bus, d'avion, de train car facturez en général trois fois plus chère.

Eine große Wendeltreppe, sauberer Marmorboden, große Zimmer, alles sehr gepflegt: klasse! Voor een eerste keer in India, was het best wel schrikken, maar het hotel was best goed. Afhaling van vliegveld ging goed. Wegbrengen gaf weer de nodige discussies. 두번 이용했습니다.첫번째는 그랜드고드윈 옆에 또다른 고드윈에서 잤고, 두번째는 그랜드고드윈. 위치는 뉴델리역앞 빠하르간지 메인바자르에서 5~10분 정도 거리로 위치 괜찮구요, 매우 친절하구요.참고로 처음잤던 곳은 매우~! 좋았구요. 두번째는 그냥 그랬습니다. 아침식사는 걍 그렇습니다. 여기의 장점은 공항에서 호텔로 무료로 픽업해주는 서비스입니다. 단, 호텔에서 공항으로 가는 서비스는 유료입니다. 무료픽업섯비스때 전화로 요청해야하는데, 통화 잘 하셔야합니다. 암튼 전체적으로는 좋았어요., 픽업서비스와 친절함, 거리만족도! 특히 추천합니다.

impossible d acceder a cet hotel en pleine nuit, en effet les rickshow font tout pour vous faire crroire que l hotel est fermmer ou auil y a un soit disant festival qui bloque la rue.

Este fue nuestro primer hotel en India y creo que fue el de mejor calidad/precio teniendo en cuenta lo que nos costo y lo que despues encontramos en cuestion de precios y hoteles. A nosotros no nos vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto aunque segun ellos si lo hicieron pero a otros espanoles que nos encontramos alli si les fueron a recoger aunque hay que […] pagarles las tasas que les cobran a ellos en el parking del aeropuerto,asi que la recogida en el aeropuerto no es totalmente gratis pero compensa ya que las tasas son 3 veces mas baratas que lo que te cuesta un taxi prepago. Na alle drukte van Delhi was het een verlichting om dit hotel te betreden. Alles was netjes, schoon en modern. Ideaal dat het hotel op loopafstand van het grote treinstation ligt. Verder is de locatie prima, tussen Old en New Delhi in. De kamer was groot genoeg, badkamer was oke. Ik heb ook een nacht in Grand Godwin Deluxe (de buren, zelfde eigenaar) […] geslapen. Dat ziet er nog beter uit. Maar is ook iets duurder. Wel een aanrader om daar op het dakterras te gaan eten, heerlijk. La información del hotel en internet crea falsas espectativas. Es demasiado caro para el servicio que da y para estar en India. La habitación estaba impecable, aunque era un poco pequeña. Además era algo ruidosa, tanto por el ruido de la calle como por ruidos del hotel.
