Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年04月27日留下評價之前因為價格問題，沒有選擇這家酒店...但難得來到上海（小弟第一次自由行），最後還是延遲一天旅程，感受這家黃浦江邊的新落成精品酒店。對於喜歡攝影的我，進入大堂的一刻，已經是讓人感到興奮！前台職員友善、親切、有禮且樂於幫忙。小弟在大堂攝影其間，有職員主動跟我傾談，很有「鄰里」感覺。入到房間，不得不花時間逐一仔細欣賞...房間每一個角落，都放滿設計者的心思，由房間佈置、壁畫，細至肥皂設計，都是藝術與舒適俱備的安排。...能夠在黃埔江邊邊看風景邊看電視來個浸浴，實在是人生中不能忘懷的一大快事。絕對推介！令人難忘的精品酒店。^^

Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年04月27日留下評價第一次來上海，一個人自遊行形式，沒有什麼準備。因為看到Hotels.com的評價，選擇在這家酒店度過三個晚上。內裡設計、設備都是讓人感到舒適，方便的，特別喜歡那張透明玻璃辦工書桌，對商務工幹人士尤其合適。酒店落成不久，裝修仍然不俗。唯一不滿的是地點：離浦東等市中心約十多個地鐵站（酒店位置離2號線川沙站約2分鐘，由川沙站到陸家嘴站...東方明珠電視塔等地標距離十二個車站），如果想到處遊覽，倒是頗浪費時間的。

We have stayed in a fair few 5 star hotels and this is one of the very best. Stylish interior decor, very helpful and friendly service, an excellent location with a great view. The breakfast was first rate as was the afternoon tea, we didn't try lunch or dinner. One of those rare stays that could not be improved.

This hotel is amazing. Great service, great location, great rooms! The entrance is very grand, with a lovely foyer area overlooking the ground floor brasserie. New to China, but not new to international travel, this is an amazing hotel. Service, hotel, gym, and room service were excellent. Location was excellent, close to the bund and and easy walk to the sights. Metro really want close, but many taxis and the dollar is strong so a 20 min taxi ride is about $3.

いろんなホテルに泊まりましたが 素晴らしいホテルでした。 鳥肌が立ちました。 スタッフの感じも非常に良く 食事も美味しかったです。 ここは中国ではないのではと 良い意味で錯覚するほどでした。 トイレもウオシュレットでしたよ。 友人にも勧めますし また泊まりたい。 口コミランキング上位はうなずけました。

キングサイズベッドルームのリバービューに2泊しました。東京のマンダリン、ペニンシュラ、ウエスティン等、スイートも含めて色々泊ったことがあり、ある程度、目が肥えていると自負していますが、このホテルの雰囲気や客室の格調の高さには感動しました。設備も最新ですし、スタッフもバッチリです。また泊ります。

2日間 リバービューのキングサイズベットルームに滞在しました。 ヘリテージウィングではないニュウタワーの方に滞在しました。 チェックインは部屋で。 しかも、毎日フルーツが届き、専用バトラー付き。 朝ごはんはグランドフロアでのビュッフェ式ですが、全ての要求に答えてくれますので、ビュッフェ式ではない感じがまた素敵。 朝ごはんのヨーグルトが一つづつ、ピクルスなどの保存瓶の小さいものに可愛らしく小分けされていて、美的感覚に感動しっぱなしでした。 セキュリティも非常にしっかりしていてひとり旅でもかなり安心して滞在できます。 なんといっても、ホテル内のお花の多さ‼ 毎日ちがうお花がいたるところに飾られていて、気分よくすごせました。 次回も必ずココで滞在します。 ここ以上のホスピタリティは上海にはない気が […] します。 詳情

豫園にも歩いてすぐ行けます。１日しか滞在しなかった上海それも雨でしたが、アクセスは最高。 本当にここに宿泊するの？と思うくらい豪華でした。これ以上のホテルがあったとしても私はここに泊まります。
