"Nice Hotel. Expensive. Not International"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月29日留下評價Nice, clean, well decorated Hotel. However staff do not speak good english. I had big trouble in checking in as they refused to give me the 'TWO BEDROOMS' suite which i have booked and clearly stated on the booking confirmation. I was told the price I was paying was only for ' TWO BEDS'. That wasted me 2 hours and i couldn't get my room until my lawyer calling the hotel manager. As a frequet traveller, I could say that the guest relations of this hotel is not meeting the international standard while the price is certainly a 5 star price. Anyhow, the hotel is nice with a well equipped open kitchen in each room. Friendly staff and a safe neighbourhood. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping malls are within 10 mins drive.

"Excellent hotel in a very safe location in SP"
This is a great hotel. It is the only one I've stayed in in Sao Paulo and have stayed here twice. The main complaint I have is the chairs and bed in the room are not particularly comfortable. Additionally, the walls provide very little protection against sound. A loud TV or neighbor can be very loud in your room. Otherwise, it is great.Expedia 旅客真實的評價

"bad service, too expensive"
I set up a wake up call and no one called me. Every time they charge to charge me extras. Too expensive, lazy people, terrible smell at the front desk, water from the showers are too hot and the controls don´t work properly.Expedia 旅客真實的評價

"Nice Hotel"
The only negative is the gym but the rest is pretty top quality. The hotel is a bit overpriced with a $R10 fee everytime somebody bring you something from the kitchen and it was quite interesting how I had to keep asking roomservice to provide me with more shampoo vs just refilling it for me. "Hotel standard injustificablemente caro"
El hotel tiene lo que es esperable de un buen hotel de negocios, ni mas ni menos. Para eso, el precio que termine pagando es injustificable, aun en Sao Paluo y el Brasil de estos tiempos. Llegue con una reserva hecha por Hotels.com. Cuando llegue, antes de la hora de check-in, me dijeron que la categoria de habitacion que habia reservado no estaba disponible […] hasta la hora del check-in, tres horas mas tarde. Solo tenian disponile otra habitacion mejor, con medio desayuno incluido (medio???) e internet gratis (hoy en dia internet con costo es como cobrar para las toalla). Cuando pregunte por el costo de esa generosa "alternativa" me dijeron que era practicamente el costo de otra habitacion!!! Pregunte si era para las dos noches, me dijeron que no, por noche! En otras palabras, o me quedaba esperando 3 horas, o pagaba el equivalente a dos noches mas... Friamente visto, lo los felicito, porque los pague. Iba una feria, tenia reuniones y necesitaba instalarme, dejar mis cosas, mandar unos mails e irme. Pero el Cesar Park no es un hotel del lujo suficeinte que se pueda dar ese lujo. A este cliente, que hace 30 viajes por anio, hospedandose entre 80 y 100 noches en hoteles, lo perdieron para siempre. 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
