We booked here as our function was at the crown convention centre. The nightly rate is way to much for what you get. It isn't really a 4.5star when you compare to other hotels of this storage. The rooms are a basic size with basic fittings. Service was only occasional. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We stayed there one night with two young children. It was nice and relaxing. The hotel pool was very small and simple so we paid extra ($99 per family) to get into the Crown Metropol pool which is excellent for kids. Breakfast at Market & Co was very standard.
