Mantra Crown Towers - 衝浪者天堂

Terrific place, our room was clean and well set out, good value and we would certainly stay there again.

Location is good. But it's an old hotel, no wifi, all other facilities are also too old.

Hotel was clean and convenient. Colour scheme wasn't our taste. Atrium not good for people with vertigo. Pool bar not open the whole stay. Pool was exceptionally clean. Gym was good. Positives and negatives. Overall, an ok stay.

Extra bed (sofa bed) was a disgrace, Requested fold up in replace which took over 2 hours to come to find that it was broken and keeped colapsing, to which i had to request for another. trying to get in contact with after hours was a nightmare. due to not having full information in my pack the problem was finaly sorted hours latter. was tolled that […] managment will ring the next day but call never came. when i mentioned this on cheak out manager was disinteresed and blamed cot company. while he was looking around doing other things 詳情

I loved staying at Mantra Crown Towers, Such a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool!!!!!!! Would definetley recommend it to my friends and I will 100 per cent be going back to stay at Mantra!

Price = Good deal. Very family friendly

Yes we would stay there again. The room was very comfortable and the facilities are very nice. However, the spa should have been hotter, it was just warm. We had an apsolutly fantastic family bonding time. The room we were upgraded to was huge and made our time spent at the Mantra more memorable. Wish we had more time.

Very helpful and friendly staff however the rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Room was clean on inside but there were cigarette butts and an empty can left on balcony. Good location and close to Surfers city.

this hotel was perfect for a family holiday ,pool was great rooms were beautiful, could of just stayed there all day and enjoyed the hotel and not go to theme parks

Great size apartments with all inclusions required if you were staying for a week - kitchen with cooking utensils, washing machine, dryer etc. I had read in previous reviews that the decor was a little dated (which i would agree with) but don't let this put you off as it is not that bad. Its just not the slick modern look that you see these days. Approx […] a 5min walk to the centre of Surfers - eg Cavill avenue and even closer to the beach. Would happily go back and stay again.
