We had to change rooms due to inadequate window covering and exposure to strobe lights of late show at the park. The following day, we were told to keep... returning to see if a room was available. Finally, a desk clerk told us to return after 4 p.m. At no point were we assured we would be able to get another room. No manager ever discussed the problem with us.
