非常差, 廁所于塞, 床單污損及床舖不清潔使我及我小朋友皮膚痕癢及出現紅點, 整個晚上都不能入睡實在非常差.

酒店服务不好 1，我需要等待大约1个多小时签。因为他们没有足够的工作人员清理房间。 2，他们安排了我的房间的小床上，但我的书大尺寸。 3，之后，他们改变了我一个大床的房间，但空调不能正常工作。酷热。 4。他们安排我再次改变房间，这个房间是确定的。但他们的浴室门锁故障，我锁在浴室里不能离开后，我呼吁维护保养，以帮助我。 5。早餐是不好的。所以，我决定到另一家快餐店吃早餐 房间不坏。但他们的工作人员是不够的，他们的客户服务。 hotel service not good 1, I need waiting about more than 1 hours checkin. A new n nice hotel! Though not near CBD, but shuttle bus is available and most importantly have many buses juz right down the hotel going to Causeway Bay, Central and Kowloon! I believe if the hotel can print out some leaflets showing all bus lines available, then should be very convenient to all of us. I got to make one for myself. They should promote […] that as buses going to everywhere are so many and fast. Bus stops are just right at the hotel's P1 level. Everything in the hotel is new and nice, room is spacious, only one thing that my partner concerned is that the air freshener putting in the lobby hall was really a little too much. 房間的地是木地板和大理石,我兒子們都滑倒過.不知道是不是香港的酒店都不提供早餐的呢!?這間酒店附近除了加油站的便利店就什麼都沒得賣,很不方便,早餐在酒店內解決(我們是自助行),但貴之餘卻又不怎麼好吃及豐富,從頭到尾就是房間地板及早餐很令人不滿意.

Except I requested to arrange ice and ice bucket to my room after exhausted day from ocean park, the hostess in the lobby ask me to ring to the operator. OMG!!! I was expecting "No problem at all". On the next morning, I smelt something burn from other room while I was sleeping. I called to the operator to check, but no one never rang me back... So scary... If you plan to go to Floating restaurant / Ocean Park, it was a convenience place for you to catch taxi there. There is no any shopping centre / supermarket / convenience store around the hotel. It was a quite place at night time. Breakfast at cafe in average.

酒店還不錯 就是訂了一間海景房，但是就看到海的角落而已，下次還是定普通的 就是訂了一間海景房，但是就看到海的角落而已，下次還是定普通的就好，樓下對面有餐廳還滿方便的，接駁車每半小時一班，下次還是會住這、酒店的服務態度都很好

距離海洋公園很近（做計程車約港幣20元）且飯店有接駁車到中環港鐵站很方便單程30分鐘會經過海底隧道，但是要搭免費接駁車的人很多可是車位有限所以都要提早下樓排隊搭車。飯店附近沒有便利商店、餐館，所以要在外面先買東西吃，不然飯店餐飲價格偏高喔！

已經來香港好多趟了,大部分都是住一般的小套房,這次選擇了南海灣就是看中他的價格不會很貴,且又有游泳池和健身房,雖然交通位置有點不太方便,不過在遊玩前做好功課,其實交通的問題是很容易解決的,飯店除了每天定時定班的接駁巴士,你走個2分中的路就可以到公車站坐公車10分鐘就到市區了,整體來說是相當不錯的!! 飯店大廳非常優雅,我這次是住單人房,單人房住起來相當舒適 寬敞,設備也相當新 值得推薦!!

飯店與一般香港市區酒店相比,寬敞很多, 也很整潔, 唯地點離市中心較遠, 但接駁車服務很好, 還算方便

The hotel location is not very good. Nothing around. The hotel is confortable and luxurious.

Our stay here at L Hotel Island South was great. Not to say we spent a whole lot of time actually in the hotel, but the time we did was comfortable, relaxing and the staff was extremely accommodating. One staff member in particular, I believe her name was Clara, went way above her duties to help us with our commute around the city. She gave us maps, […] directions, helped us change our money, and even gave personal suggestions of particular places we would do well to go visit. The Hotel is a bit out of the way of the main city and most attractions [except Ocean Park, which we could actually see from outside our room window] but their timely and reliable shuttle service will drop you to the nearby MTR station and pick you up from the airport express and take you back to the hotel. We rode a taxi only once during our 3 day trip because we woke up late the morning of our departure and missed the shuttle. All in all, a great 1st trip to HK and a great hotel staying experience. 詳情

Hotel is clean but very sterile, no atmosphere. Everything smells like a cheap aftershave that gives you a headache. AC in room was too cold and could not be changed. In room dining menu has 10 items and very expensive. It takes at least 40 minutes to get a cup of coffee in the room. No service. We asked for a room for an hour after we checked out (we […] had been out in the rain the whole morning with 4 small kids) and they did not want to give us one (we'd already paid). Staff has an attitude like they work in the best place in the world. Restaurant could not manage to get our order right once (we had dinner 5 times) and charged full price for a buffet for our 2 year old. Hotels have free suttle to central, hongkong station, causewaybay, ocean park with comfortable time table. All staffs are really nice and kindly provide every information. Breakfast is also good in LIS bar and swimming pool and health club is good. great wifi connection in the rooms. city view rooms are in close proximity with highway - noisy 24/7. guests in neighbouring rooms often rowdy + noisy. thin walls.

We booked a twin and were put in a room with a camp style bed jammed into the corner so making it a triple and also meaning we had no room to move in the room at all. The room was very clean and the linen was lovely. The beds were very hard and although this wasn't so much a problem for me, it could be for others. It did mean the comfort level was […] reduced slightly as could not snuggle into my bed. When we checked in, there was a man on the phone behind the check in and he completely ignored us for at least 10 minutes before he finally called a colleague to check us in. We waited for at least 10 minutes again while she fussed over something and when asked f there was a problem, she just said 'no' and gave no explanation. It is a very sterile feeling place and as we only needed a room to sleep in, we weren't so bothered, but if we were there for several days, I would choose somewhere more central and with a better feel to it. Very nice room settings and comfortable. The room is very large and clean. Shuttle bus services is very satisfactory. Overall, it is great hotel to stay.

Very disappointed! Rude-staff, un-flexible check out (even for 10 mns!!) The parking is overpriced. No swimming pool in winter, no steam room, no sauna.. dirty gym. noisy rooms... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Perfect, except the location is a little bit remote.public transport is very convenient though!bus stop is just outside the hotel tt has plenty of buses to the central, causeway bay!!excellent hotel.u will not regret choosing!:)

Only one check in desk. The room was very cold. The shuttle service was free but did not show up. Had to wait 2 hrs. Would recommend using a taxis. Went to the cafe, has to go to find someone to order our food.
