the staff were friendly and did make us feel welcome but the hotel does need to be updated in the rooms. The floor was wonky with holes in it. The toilet... didn't flush properly. The mattress looked like it could fold in half. Their carpark is dreadful as we got blocked in and couldn't get out. They need to take people's reg of cars and explain where they can park!! Also no-one is on sight so if there is an emergency what happens then - a number to ring!!!! The restaurants in Rothwell were great, friendly and the food was lovely. Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年07月11日留下評價
